The suit is looking awesome so far! One thing I've done to silance my printer that works really is to put it in an acrylic box. It cuts the noise down surprisingly well and also keeps the print warm which has helped with ABS prints. I also just finished my own iron man project I did a gold plated mark 50 helmet.

You can get a duel extruding printer like have pla or abs on top and tpu on the bottom

For the bottom leg foot area you said not sure about fiberglass and plastic sticking together.... 3m panel bond it’s auto glue sticks anything to anything metal to fiber to plastic need a special caulk gun to apply mix

Are your printers laser printers. Sorry i have no experience with 3d printing. But i may have a solution for the vibrations. Back in the 90's i was trying my hand at being an audio file. I couldn't afford 100k in equipment but i could manage the hacks fir better sound. I used a combination of rubber balls, MDF and bladders, with a few extras. I rented the top floor of a house. After my tweaks, my landlord hadn't heard a peep out of me or my stereo, with the exception of hockey season lol. I follow you on Instagram, Facebook.
