Thanks for the video! however if you turn your face away from the mic... while modulating your voice lower at the same time, you come in and out of audio range and that makes it for difficult listening.

I wonder what's the catch with these tax lawyers? I've try to find out what they charge what is really the catch do you get out of one debt just sink in another IRS to LAWYERS is that the reason why they don't have much info on the internet so there... that's my question how much do the lawyers charge is it really worth it??????????

We start at $750 for investigation and diagnostics. For about 50% of our clients, that is all they need. We used to charge flat fees but that tended to make assume the worst case in every situation. But sometimes not worse enough. We are now at hourly, and people really like it. Some cases we are in and out very quickly. So we are able to help people we weren't able to before. And the cases that take much longer, the cost is spread out over the time it takes to complete. Give us a ring if you'd like to learn more. 888 477-4258.

Does this corporation called IRS have a man or woman that will come into open court, a common law court of record, not tax court, and "claim" that i; a man, owe a debt?

If the IRS files a tax return for me do they take out the standard deductions from my gross income?
@irsmedic

Yes.

Yes. But whatever the last standard deductions/exemptions of the last return you filed. For instance if the last return you filed was in 2009, and you have had 3 kids since then, I would not expect the IRS to know about your three kids.
