You can look at Tia hair and tell her products would not work on 4C hair given that it doesn't look like it works on her own loose curls. Tamera takes better care of her curls. I would buy hair products from Tamera, not Tia tbh.

@antisocialist2244 yes. I saw on IG when Tamera cut her hair really short and spent about a year learning how to grow and maintain healthy curls . I wish she would come out with a hair product line, cause I watched her take her time to really learn and her hair looks amazing.

Tia's products are good. No offense but she chose the worst products for 4c hair to review; the moisturizing shampoo and moisturizing conditioner (not lightweight) are amazing. The line has options for different hair types.

Not gonna lie I wish more people had a code instead of a link. I rather type in your code at checkout for them to get the credit, cause there are just too many scams out nowadays with folk’s links. Plus sometimes like Amazon it won’t attach my account and I have to re-log in and etc. I’m all for supporting but after being hacked I’m a bit more hesitant with things social media wise🤷🏾‍♀️😢

Thanks for this review. I had absolutely no interest in this line whatsoever, but you make me wanna try the shampoo! I actually like a shampoo that has a bit of a thinner consistency. Super thick shampoos tend to tangle my very fine strands. If you end up trying the moisturizing shampoo, please don’t forget to let us know how you like it. I’m still on the hunt for my holy grail moisturizing shampoo. Also, since you try a lot of products, I think it would be cool if you did a “top faves” video. Rate your top 3 shampoos, deep conditioners, leave-ins, gels, etc.!

I'm rather sure celebs develop hair lines that work for their hair. It's cute but....I don't even fool with celeb hair care products who don't have 4C hair. I may use the clarifying shampoo and moisturizing conditioner if they have it. Love your channel ❤️

I would rather have you laugh at yourself after you have seen your results after trying the curl cream and move forward versus going on a rant about how the 4U by Tia products don't work. I love that as a Type 4 girl, you're very honest about all the products you've tried in the video talking about why you gave the score to that product. Bring a Type 4 girly myself, I know it's a challenge to find hair products for our hair. Also, I can't wait to try your moisturizing hair butter and your hair oil.

@@britttanyrose I was actually talking how you were laughing in the very beginning of your video when you said No after you tried the curl cream. I know that marketing is very important when it comes to any product. I know that you take your business very seriously. By all means necessary, I didn't mean to cause any confusion at all. I am sorry if what I said didn't make sense. I am a Type 4 hair girl myself. I understand that as a Type 4 girly, it's hard to find the right products for our hair texture. I have thick hair. I definitely understand completely.

I have thick hair and I also wear glasses and I obviously don’t wear them whenever I wash my hair so whenever I wash my hair I see a big chunk of braiding hair fall out and almost have an hair attack 😂😂

when I think natural hair I do not think of the twins a lot of their career involved straightening their hair. They did have it curly for a season or two but them boom they became straight hair naturals and now they keep their curls short /cut for the most part (well tia does) so I would expect the haircare line to not be as informed as pattern beauty considering tracee actually wore her curls in adult hood and had to deal with different stylist not having products for her hair I can accredit the twins in the matter as they only just started rocking the curls in their late 30s -40s

It's crazy to me. These celebs have loyal fans willing to spend their parent's money on their products, and they scam their own fans for a quick buck then are shocked that their future business ventures don't do well.

I never got too excited about celebrity hair care lines. I don't find celebrities, especially the ones who don't wear their natural hair or wear wigs 99.9% of the time, very credible. I just stick to my regular OG products that have always worked.

I like the moisturizing shampoo, the mousse (for twists/twist out) and the light weight conditioner as a prepoo is amazing. The refresher spray I use it as a leave in as I saw a stylist is it that way under the mousse for a twist out and I liked it. The oil I like to break my gel cast and it’s not heavy just melts into my hair. I was afraid to try the gel because I knew it wouldn’t have enough hold. You might be disappointed with the moisturizing conditioner because it doesn’t have the slip or moisture according to other influencer reviews with type 4 hair. You did a good job on your review!

Im glad im not the only one living for the "No mam laugh." Ive been noticing that women on tiktok using conditioners that foam up as they comb it in the shower. The women had looser curls so i found that interesting.

I've tried her products. The light weight conditioner is good by itself but not a good mix with the clarifying shampoo. The moisturizing conditioner was great

Girlllllllll that gel lmao ain’t hold non I made a video on it myself. I ended up overloading on product. I think it would’ve been a good moisturizing base gel though under a topper gel that has more hold rather than moisture

I have type 4 hair. When I see women with hair like Tia’s, I keep it moving, but I’m an old lady. I do have relatives with two blk parents with hair like Tia’s. I been knew we don’t use the same hair products. One family member has hair like Tia and her older sister is 4c. Their mother knew she need different stuff to do her two daughter’s hair…

I have type 4 hair and I agree with this review so much. I actually love the shampoos and conditioners from this line. I usually clarify with the first shampoo and then follow it up with the moisturizing one. Also I always usually just deep condition but still like the conditioners for detangling. Same reaction for me with the light weight conditioner the slip is so good for prepoo. And I used the styling products for a twist out on blowdried hair and the products were very lightweight, and not moisturizing . The results weren’t horrible just too soft of a hold and some flaking.

Everyone's hair is different tbh. I like the smell of the pillow soft curl gel for my hair. It makes my hair smell amazing. But it makes my hair stiff and it doesn't hydrate it. My favorite line is Cream of Nature.

Tracee Ellis Ross has a Jewish father, and her products are definitely type-4 friendly. Most influencers I’ve seen have excellent results with at least a few of her products. Personally, I love the Pattern “Medium Conditioner” and the “Leave In” - those have been super effective on my 4a/4b hair for years.

I actually like her products. They're great- the moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing conditioner, and if needed clarifying shampoo. I wouldnt use the lightweight conditioner on 4c hair.
