Yes and these projects take 7-10 years to get off the ground so we see what’s coming down the road. It’s definitely not getting better anytime soon. And that’s why I’m confident even with prices as high as they are that we aren’t going to see any major value drop in the near future

This dude sounds like the most cringe snake oil salesman. His script is almost identical to other agents making videos. If you buy a house right now be prepared to foreclose on it in the next 24 months or sooner.

Even worse, the build quality on some of these new construction homes are trash. That said, half of baby boomers are paying cash for their homes (as of April 2023). Nothing to foreclose on for them.
