Dr., I love the takeaway of, “The “FEEL CONFIDENCE” philosophy! More people need to KEEP subscribing to your channel, so they can continue/learn to LOVE THE SKIN THEY ARE IN! 🎉
If you watch her music video remake of Reflection (2020), you can really see the lip filler disaster. They had to shoot her in almost complete darkness. Her lip contours were so distorted, among other things. She looks great now.
She had lip fillers a few years back and they looked AWFUL, but she looks great now! When she was on Drew Barrymore a few weeks back she looked refreshed and youthful.
Christina is a legit singer. Many singers stay away from drastic nose changes as it certainly can change your tone and sound. She seems to have taken good care if herself. She's so truly talented.
I never thought she had a nose job. It looks the same to me. Honestly, I always thought her nose and profile have always been some of her best features and even compared to her peers, she has a beautiful nose. Gorgeous lady ❤
Gary is so lovely. Imagine having a consultation with him. He'd be so non-judgemental or not pushy with a treatment plan. What a nice guy. It was the quote at the end of video that got me 💖
@@johansjournal babe her last Album roughly sold 4000 copies (including streaming) worldwide, Britney hasn't promoted a single project of hers since 2014 and is still more relevant. Sure, Britney needs mental help - but who wouldn't after what she's been through? She maybe looks younger or "better", but don't say she ended Britney bcs that is simply not true, bcs the last time you could have compared Xtina to Britney (success wise) was in the twothousands. Not hating on Xtina with this comment btw, I love her too, but im just stating facts here.
@@Michi-uw6jiWhy you Britney's fans always talk about album sales??? Why you don't talk about been a better artist, a real vocalist, a more beautiful woman, a happier mom, and a healthier woman!!! 🙄😒🤫
@@Chrys_x lol I love Christina, never said anything else. I am just being realistic. How else would u measure success if not in (album, tour, merch, ...) sales? And it really bothers me, that you are comparing the looks of two women and determine who's "more beautiful". Like are u for real, are we still trapped in this 2004 mindset?
Finally! After asking so many times, here it is, the one and only: Christina Aguilera! She's looking amazing nowadays and her voice is better than ever too.
I love the way he explains all of the procedures. I would totally trust him to do a procedures. He is calm, straight forward, very honest & talented. Thank you for taking the time to teach, explain & recommend.
She is swimming in Botox 😂 Honestly It is so cute when people have no idea how simple Botox works and how easy it is to detect if someone is using it 🌞 Can't u see the only moving part of her face while singing is her mouth and eyelids ? Her forehead and the corner of her eyes are literally frozen
@@aleejjj For me it's the people who don't understand the difference between Botox and fillers. I don't know how many times I've heard "she's had so much Botox her lips are huge!" 😆 But I think Christina has found the right balance now. She looks youthful for 44 without looking too artificial like in 2019.
@@aleejjjcorner of her eyes a frozen? Sounds pretty disrespectful and I don’t see it anyway. Watch her watch RU-vidrs cover her songs. This must’ve been 2018. Her cheeks were super puffy. It that was Botox, she had since then got it removed and looks great now…
@@Victoria-gq8gt Actually let me rephrease for you; SHE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE HER YOUNGER SELF. Tons of before and after out there to prove that but all you gotta do is watch her No Body Wants To Be lonely video from 2001. I.D.E.N.T.I.C.A.L.
She looks absolutely amazing, but extremly different than the years before and not like a usuall over 40y old woman naturally look like, i cant stop to wonder what she did 😂
@@barborkas_diaryyou can’t speak for ALL over 40 yr old women. You act like 40 is old. It’s not 65. My cousin is 43 but because of our genetics, she looks 32. And of course she’s had no work done . Also I still recognize Xtina anyway..
I don't follow her too much really. But it seems like since her 30s, she is gaining and losing weight all the time (or many times at least). That's not healthy. Correct me if I am wrong. Btw, I thought nowadays she wasn't overweight anymore.
She was thin the right way and not underweight and she wasn’t slightly overweight come on look at reality, she was overweight. Glad she went back to her original body
A lot of people who say Xtina has had a lot of surgical work done but if you follow her since her debut you would know her her weight gain and change of makeup artist really changes her look. If anything she's only done botox and lip fillers. Most recently, she had a new set of veneers and I think she corrected her lip filler and addressed filler migration she had a year or so ago. Actually the way Kristofer Buckle and Etienne Ortega contours her face especially her nose and how they shape her eyebrows can really changes her face. She did overdo with the lip fillers during her Liberation Era which was accentuated by her weight gain. People are also forgetting she's only 5'2 so weight changes for her really show up significantly. Whats evident is she really has great skin and she looks even better now. The ozempic allegations can be valid but if you really follow her she's done several significant weight gain and loss throughout the years in a short amount of time even before Ozempic was used by celebrities for weight loss- she's such a small girl so it really shows fast and very noticeable when she gains and loses weight.
There was a picture of herself at age 20 from the music video of “Nobody Wants To Be Lonely” and one from now and she looks EXACTLY the same, just more mature. I’m glad everything she’s done was reversible and she embraced herself once again.
I’m glad that Xtina maintained her youthful look, glowing skin, and enhanced her face to make her more beautiful. It’s her money, her face, her body, and for as long as she’s happy, then I am happy for her! Love from a fighter in the Philippines
I remember I was shopping 🛍 in Chicago boutique, and Christina walked in. She had 2 huge body gaurds with her. In person she is very tiny, maybe 5f tall and very petite. Im like 5 10in in heels👠 , so Im kind tall. People were bugging her for autographs, she smiled and signed everything. It was early 2000s
I LOOOVEED Christina Aguilera since middle school!! She just has always been GORGEOUS, BUT I am so glad she snapped back to her regular frame this year which is beautiful!
Right now she’s absolutely on fire. I personally don’t like that pillow face aesthetic. She definitely went through some questionable stages but she’s on top of her game! 🔥
To me it looked like she had a lip lift and nose job in later years. I’m surprised you didn’t mention the change in her nose at all. She looks great, whatever she’s had done. Wish I was rich!
10:58 I actually wouldn't mind that at all. I have this superhollow look that alot of people want nowadays, however I hate having a skinny face. I think a full, plump face looks much healthier than hollow cheeks and sharp angles.
I agree with other commenters here stating that in her 30es it's mostly weight gain that made her face look rounder rather than filler. Maybe she had both but to me I'd bet my money largely on it being extra weight. She does look a little hollow these days to me.
She was recently on a tv advert here in the UK and I said to my wife how much she sounded like Christina Aguilera. When she told me it was Christina i honestly didnt believe her! Not to say she is hideous or anything. But looks so much different I didn’t recognise her!
I agree with other’s comments: she looks better than ever! Some of the changes are correlated the her yo-yo 🪀 weight. Her lips are quite obvious full fill with hyaluronic acid, also the chin and zigoma area, but by rest of them she looks quite natural
"I've had so much plastic surgery, when I die they will donate my body to Tupperware." - Joan Rivers very own words. The same for Christina... top to bottom.
I'd really appreciate a video on Anastasia of the Fascia workouts - she's everywhere, claiming that stretching and massage of the skull and facial fascia have reformed her skin and face! There may be some truth in what she claims for the technique, but her beauty now, compared to the limited pics we have of her face when younger is slightly puzzling. I can't put my finger on it exactly, but a lot of people are wondering if she's for real. Can you have a look and tell me what what you think, or, better still, do a breakdown of her appearance from your surgeons point of view? Thanks. 😊
I like how she's open about using some cosmetic adjustments (i.e. Xeomin) while not overdoing cosmetic work like some of her age-related peers. And her voice is still awesome!
Love Christina. She’s pretty clearly had a facelift and has all the tell tale signs, particularly around the ears where she’s lost the hair in front of the ear and the skin is pulled super taut, but she looks really good otherwise. She definitely had some mid-facial sagging as recently as a few years ago, which is now gone. Work was nicely done.
Hi Dr Gary. Thanks for covering Christina. I think she looks phenomenal just now. Whatever she has had done it has certainly been carried out very well. She has incredible skin. Great review. Always loo forward to your reviews. ✌🏻
I suspect, besides various other procedures, that she’s had a facelift. Nowadays a lot of 30 and 40 year olds are getting facelifts, be it mid-face, brow-lift, ponytail facelift, etc. Fillers can’t give her that uplifting look without also giving a puffy/fuller appearance. And Botox can only do so much… her face is looking more fresh, toned, but also uplifted? Yeah, facelift.
Her new look is amazingly youthful. She would still look like she did in early 2000s with the upper lip reduced. She was looking painfully puffy in the face around 2019. Whatever she did, it worked.
I was waiting the whole video for him to mention the nose jobs. There was at least 1 between 2005-2009 It wasnt overdone, but it's definitely shorter, more symmetrical, and possibly less dorsal hump than before with the tip at the ala. The tip used to fall below the ala and it was slightly assymetrical. By 2014ish, the nostrils appear more assymetrical due to the angle exposing them. It looks even shorter, no hump left at all, and far less tip definition. Look at the 1999- 2022 comparison. No way that nose has aged smaller, straighter, shorter, smoother without surgery.
I’m a massive fan of Christina but trying to explain her weight gain and weight loss as filler and reversal of facial filler had me. She literally lost a tone of weight from being quite over weight 😅. But she’s admitted to filler not Botox but the other Xeomin as she invested in the company who does it and is a brand advocate for it and openly uses it although has reduced the usage in her lips. But most of it is make up
Christina Aguilera is stunningly gorgeous with a strong singing voice. I recall her signing her name on one of her earlier albums as Xtina. Christina has such flawless porcelain skin. Her auburn hair at 12:50 is quite striking!
The 2022 picture at 42 comes up, and we see Xtina's swollen cheeks are touching her forehead, and her eyelids are pulled up so tight it looks like she can barely see. Dr. Gary says "I see some signs of a potential facelift." I snotted on my phone. Ya think?!! 😂
Well, we must respect everyone's body, she is my favorite, I love her, she is beautiful, but I don't know why so many things are done when she is so beautiful. They are getting damaged, but she is still beautiful, I love it, but the arrangements that have been made have been noticeable. 2006 was the year in which she was most beautiful for me, she exuded beauty through her pores. Greetings from the Dominican Republic doctor.🙋🏻♂️🇩🇴
So well explained! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 It’s interesting the face change with Ozempic. One of the celebrities that in my opinion have changed a lot is Kelly Clarkson. You didn’t analyze her right?? It’d be cool if you do 😊
I love how she has kept the same style her entire life. When you have talent like that you don’t need to reinvent. So beautiful. Only downside she looks slightly more generic / Megan Fox since the facelift.
People saying she looks better are being delusional. Every time without fail these women look better when they’re younger and more natural. They just have a more cute authentic look before getting all the work done. It’s unnecessary and detracts from their true selves.
@@AndI0td763It’s not about them being young, it’s about them messing with their faces to the point they look strange or botched. That’s why ALL women look better natural, because they don’t have that uncanny valley look that only looks good in photos.
It's sad that the public thinks it's their business what celebs, or really anyone, does. I think most people would have "corrective" surgery if they can afford it.
@@jennevermore6937The way people, like you, react to someone being concerned at the normalisation of plastic surgery, is very telling. OP isn’t attacking anyone. OP made a fair point but people always start squawking and getting defensive about it. That’s alarming, we should all be concerned by how normal it’s become and the damage it does on girls and women. And celebs do lose sleep over what people think, hence why they can’t leave their faces alone.
What ever she did she looks INCREDIBLE!!! she looks like her younger self with having that swollen frozen face alot of celebrities have. She made tasteful adjustments
My one question is are all the photos used untouched? Some of the later ones seem altered using photoshop. There are also the differences in the kind of makeup used. Stage makeup is different than street makeup, the former is heavier to accentuate the features so they can be seen from the audience where as the later is just to enhance your natural look
Love your videos! Everything it’s so good explained! But be careful because much of her photos are retouched! I’m working with photographers and models( I’m a makeup artist) and many of the photos you are showing are retouched.
Hey Gary, I want to note to try and find photos of celebs without smoothing filters Some pictures are edited from the internet Try your best to find and use raw photos of them, for best transparency and understanding for us viewers Thanks!
🙋🏻♀️ Dr Linkov. I've always wondered about Xtina. She's one of the rarities that never touches the nose. No shout out to Tragus; shout out to Lateral Canthus
Nobody knew and told us plucking your eyebrows can lead to permanent eyebrow hair loss back then ;((( we were following trends. So this speaks a lot. Trends are changing all the time. One day thin lips, round faces or long noses can be trendy you never know.
In 2019 age 39, a lot of the difference in the fullness of her face is that she had gained a lot of weight and her face is swollen from weight gain mostly.
I fancied Christina so much when she released Genie in a bottle. I thought she was such a beautiful looking girl - it was a shame she has to mess around with her appearance
I think she looks even better now than she did in her early 20s, so whatever she's done has been done right! I feel like her face only started looked fuller when she was going up in weight though, so I feel like it's hard to see if she really did have dermal fillers over those years. There's also something I'm very interested in that I'm not sure is a real thing I'm noticing or just something I *think* I'm noticing: the level of slimness that celebs are achieving with a GLP-1 is quite high, but I feel like I haven't seen a weight loss transformation that looks 'gaunt' or 'skinny'; they just look *very* svelte, and I'm wondering if the same weight actually looks different depending on whether it was achieved with the help of a GLP-1 or without 🤔
I remember when a few years ago many celebrities started to use fillers in the bottom part of the face. It looked terrible as the neck was like before a d face was like a full moon. I remember my beloved Nicole Kidman did that - I am happy she removed that later.
i've heard some of these celebs are using Gua Sha to shape their faces...what are you thoughts? Are there ways to stimulate those muscles in the faces to lift and sculpt without surgery? LOVE your videos! New follower
