@@dietitianchanchal3465 I Keep only 1 credit card. I use it for all my expenses and auto debit makes my life easy. No interest or charges ever levied to me in last 15 odd yrs. They started my cc limit with 50000. Now it's over 7 lakhs. They recently offered me their most premium private card. Credit cards are free, safe, convenient and offer interest free loan. It also helped me build my credit score and I can take all kinds of loans if needed.

@shibainu7500 If you had so much savings, you would not have an emergency. Let's say there was a medical emergency and you needed 2 lakhs...can you really build such a big emergency fund? And don't assume everyone is salaried...think small business people. No regular income, no medical insurance, and no pension walley.
But one factor is that for merchant, Credit card transactions usually have more transaction fees than Debit card transactions due to which the prices increase.
Charges are there but seller can't can't charge that to buyer. There is a government ruling also to it. If still they insist .there are other sellers too.

Exactly what I do.. I buy using my CC... and then immediately pay it off.... I earn around 600 to 2k per month on cash backs... and I owe 0 by the end of the month
@@ZaikaBiharka29 ICICI Amazon Pay.. but cash back will only come in Amazon.. it works for me as I shop 80% from Amazon.. but HDFC also has good cash back cards.. you just have to explore what card suits your spending type

That has been my motto for the past 10 years, since my first credit card. I have never missed or delayed payments and never bought anything beyond 50% of my salary.
If a person is disciplined enough he can use it to manage 15-20 days business transactions.....for that one must know about each transaction he's doing including the dates of transactions🥂
I would say, pay by credit card if u can pay it within next 30 days for sure. Thats the whole logic of CC. Money when its required but need ro repay asap. Not free money Not alrenate to savings balance.
Awesome line.. Never buy anything with credit card which you can't pay by your debit card. I follow this exact rule for last 5 years and have built a very good credit score above the rewards I get by spending. Hope every one gets this simple rule to follow
I have a personal rule to enforce the guideline shared in this video. I don’t wait 40 days to pay my credit card bill. I pay the credit card as soon as I have completed my purchase. This way I get the benefits of using a credit card, and I am also not getting trapped in debt cycles.

usefull to fixed salary person to maintain updown spands salary is uniform but Spans æ unform . credit card just like the viscosity layers of spends . if you can't bear sudden spends,then work too slowly down only .if nobody friends , it' may help . should you ever dare to cross the limit of salary .
Make huge expenses from the credit card, for which the money is already saved in savings account. This will increase your savings and delay your payments or atleast let you pay in increments. Example: You use your CC just a day before you receive your salary, then the current salary and the next month salary can be safely parked before paying off the dues.
I started using CC from 1995. I always followed the said rule... here is a catch... Ek din aisaa bhi aayega ki aukat bhool jayenge (over confidence). Thise who used CC over 10 years known this very well.

I rarely use credit card. Only use when I get good offer otherwise not. My credit limit increased twice in last one year surprisingly. My all CCs are lifetime free.

I use credit card for convenience, credit score, rewards, emergency and I have myself set credit card limit which I make sure my expense doesn't exceed that limit and I have been using credit card for 7 years and have excellent credit score which will definitely help me in future for any kind of loan if require.
It's human psychology, it is for sure fixed who ever will have credit card will spend extra for sure may after months or years but surely. And then pay higher intrest rates. Plus there might be few ways they have extra charges than normal debit card.
I am planning to buy a credit card I don't care about rewards or points my purpose is to get as good a credit score I'm right now 19 years right i don't have any requirement of loans i didn't have taken loan but If i want to take a loan in future i will not able get lower interest that's why I'm planning the purpose is clear. Reward points lure you to expend more so in a way its not good for anyone. Probably good for those with very high financial discipline. But such people are miniscule in India.
But dekha jay to reward mai jo cashback discount wagera milta hain wo to interest mai hi jata hoga.. That's why I don't have a credit card..i mean is it of any benifit ??
I recently had to make a lot of purchases for home and thought of using my CC so that I can avail rewards but most merchants in our area these days don't give this option because most people pay through UPI and charges come in CC payment. It wasn't like this a year ago most shops had this option. I was disappointed because now my only option to use CC is for fuel and online purchases. So I don't get much rewards these days.
Everything made in this World has two sides , it depends on u which side u r Credit card help to pay all my expenses from place & to pay one time in a month
