I Got One, Mainly Because I Wanted To Play Crescendo With My Friends Because I Was One Of The Only Ones In My Friend Group Who Couldn't Play It. Then When It Arrived, I Was Excited To Play With Everyone Else! Then To Realise It Wasn't On Quest 3. But Maybe In A Later Update?

0:52 heres one thing, its just rec room, it applys the rec room mic to your mic while your recording, i once recorded in bonelab on my quest 2, and the mic there, it was really good, take gorilla tag for example, it dosent have a perfect vc thing, it applys that vc's mic to your quest 2 mic

I don't know if it's just me, but I've been having a lot of trouble with the Quest 3 mic. It's weirdly sensitive, so you can very clearly hear me breathing, and the volume of my voice is very inconsistent. I think that because the mic is so sensitive, even when I talk a bit louder than normal, it lowers the volume of my voice. It does this very poorly though, I really hope they fix it :(

The only way to optimize custom rooms for the quest 2 is with rec room studio so maybe with the quest 3 we might be able to make well optimized rooms with just the maker pen.

the quest 3 is my first VR headset so I'm not 100% sure if it's the in-headset version or if I should be running the game through Steam but every time I open my watch menu it lags and stutters like crazy...anyone know why this is or if they will be making a quest 3 patch?

Well the quest 3 version shouldn't be lagging like that. Steam however is kinda trash when it comes to recroom. Not sure if you have a bad pc.

Because they are more powerful then standalone headsets because they have better graphics and power compared to standalone head which has powerful chips but not quite as powerful as the pcvr and other expensive headsets

Quest 2 had a pretty good mic but is not native on rec room unless you use a link cable it will do a quest 2 native mic quality

As of now, the Quest 3 is basically the same as Quest 2 with Rec Room. Is it waaay better with other games but Rec Room doesn’t have any major better qualities. I’d wait for a “Quest 3” update or something of the sort to come out.

Ive pretty much beat crescendo on pcvr version and no way it could run it at that state. You would have to remove so much graphics. Quest 3 CAN run a dumbed down version of it. Recroom just gotta release it.
