The Browns front office should all be fired. They are incompetent. They don’t know how to evaluate talent, they make bad decisions and they negotiate bad deals. They underestimated Mayfield’s potential and grossly overestimated Watson’s even though the evidence was there with the Texans. Watson’s record was identical to Mayfield’s, he can’t read the field which led to him holding the ball too long, which led to his severe knee injury, he was a bad leader and he quit on the team, and oh by the way, he’s a sexual predator. I can’t blame Watson for taking the money but I hold that front office accountable for the mess they have created.

He’s basically the combination of the worst of everything. The pieces they traded to get him was basically the equivalent of a team trading up to draft 1st. But if that draft pick ends up being a bust, you just pay his rookie contract and release him. This guy hits their cap like a star and their draft picks like a #1 pick.
