The star wars models and models from other movies are all free due to licensing issues. They aren't allowed to sell those since for example Disney owns the copyright. They can however give them for free but sell things like the stands since those are made and designed by themselves
It's not a scam Lol, Just about all the Star Wars stuff or anything from Disney is free because he could get a cease and desist if he makes money off of it.
But he DOES make money off of the star wars model. You have to use a ticket to get them, and the only way to get a ticket is to buy a model. there is NO way to truely get the Star Wars models free!
