Only problem with flatter is it takes too long to use and Nidoqueen being long range means you have to scatter before you use it then you cant dodge mewtwo or mews attack.. OP when it does work but not consistent enough for my liking
Well this is certainly interesting. I had no idea how busted confusion can be. Oh and on the note of vine whip being possibly better or just as good as hydro pump, Tengela gets vine whip and the bingo bonuses grants healing boosts and a boost to attack or grass type moves. Something great for a bulky attacker.
Can u showcase shadow ball gengar? I use it with 2 broadburst stones and wak wak and its debuffing effect is insane combined with bulk up. Starmie just nukes the boss with even more damage.
flatter is good to defeat the 17000 power mewtwo, but i used a starmie with confusion that gave confusion to mewtwo just before him using his op attack and then he took 30000 damage 5 times and died
+Atk Buffs don't seem to affect Confuse in Quest like Attack stages in the main games affect Confuse (increasing hurt damage) just from my own experience or if it does it's only by a tiny amount; only base attack seems to influence how much Confuse damage it will take [some bosses scratch themselves when confused, and others literally 1-shot themselves regardless of current buffs or power level of world they are appearing in]. The main draw to Flatter is it's believed to be a 100% rate to confuse before resistance to status, while Supersonic seemed to retain its hit chance from the main games - But the other trade off is Flatter is point blank melee range only making it almost impossible to land it on Auto against bosses that move around or have frequent knockback without max investment in move speed.
Few days ago i got a level 91 female nidoran. I put it aside because it’s not my top priority, still looking for hydropump starmie. Then your video showed up so i was running a test run, my nidoran got 3 slot flatter with 1 whackwhack and 2 stay strong. The damage was insane. The 12-8 boss did a self-damage around 300k. Will test it on 12-9 after my nidoran evolve into nidoqueen.
I know this video was 4 years ago,but that’s crazy,I luckily found a shiny feminine nido with flatter only,to only then the next daily visit,I got a terrible Dragonite,I already had level 100 one so it was good for Articuno,still on the hunt for mew and the shiny birds
Is anyone else experiencing a glitch with bulk up/other stat improving moves where the Pokemon uses the move and then freezes and is unusable that round? I've been trying to use Machop bulk up but it keeps freezing.
The trick I found is you have to buff it before the other pokemon cast their skill or most the time it will get stuck. And if it does just restart the game. you'll start again at the wave u currently are after restart the game.

My percents to reroll for draco meteor keep getting lower.. is there any way to bring them back up? Edit: someone told me a pokemon can only reroll 4 different moves... my dragonite learned agility dragon pulse hyper beam dragon dance and dragon rush can he still learn draco meteor?
Its the same as Attack moves with Confusion But since flatter is better Is because it increases more damage so like confusion then puts 2x damage to them selves

I thought it was amazing, which it is when it lands, but since nidoran is ranged i never got it to land so i actually stopped using my nidoqueen and swapped her out but beat the final boss with tangela who used stun spore and synthesis XD

Confusion not only confuses the Pokémon, it confuses me on how it works. Cause I literally just get a move off cooldown, not use it, and 90% of my health is gone

I play with nidoqueen that have flatter and sludge bomb , tentacruel that have hydro pump and poison string and magneton that have thunder and light screen
I didnt know anything about flatter until i watched this... i tried using nidoqueen and i finally beat the 3 bird the gyarados and mewtwo easily and the teammates are porygon and exeggutor
Pi! (i used flatter and it took out an estimated 90% of machamps health in one confuse, killing it, flatter is definetly OP, especially early/late early/early mid game)
Anyways, my RNG with confusion and poison is so bad, until amnesia came to me and just helped a tiny bit, I thought it could also help with good attack moves that lower some stats, did anyone else do that and possibly had better ideas though ._.)?
Flatter really ez to miss with range pokemon. Can't auto well. but really decent when u manual play.And the rate is it 8/10 times use 2 nidoqueen for cover the rate. The skill is 100% but have to count the enemy resistance. I finish the game when my power only 17k.
I did this and the mewtwo I fought at the end one shot himself and I was sooo happy cause I spent so long on it the only problem is that nidoqueen is ranged Pokemon
It's very worth it. All water type move wait down starmie is super strong, even without the 30% damage. I never need to wait in the last dungeon. Mine was 8 attack slots/all watermove wait down, I rarely die even with less health, because only 3 seconds of wait time with hit-heal stone. I also got a shiny starmie 7 attack slot today. -5%wait time/30%damage. The damage difference is obvious with about 10000. 4.5 seconds on skill spam.
