Is HART Outdoor Power Equipment any good?! Lawn Mower, String Trimmer, Hedge Trimmer, Blower Review

Yeah - that was worth watching. Thanks very much for sharing. Good presentation/delivery of information too. For someone who suggested he doesn't spend much time in front of a camera - I think you knocked it out of the park. Good video, good presentation, good narration. Well done.

My first experience with Hart was the Lawn trimmer. It did indeed work as well as any gas trimmer i have used and with FAR less effort. no fuel and oil to mix, just insert battery and go. plus the automatic string replacement worked flawlessly. I was so happy I went and bought the '6 pack' of household 20V power tools, drill, hammer drill, 6.5 inch circular saw, rotary sander and sawzall plus flashlight. I have used them all except the circular saw and all have performed flawlessly. Some may attach the Stigma of 'the Wal mart brand' to them, but there is no stigma to their performance so far.

You did pretty good job Connor. It really didn't seem like it would have been your first video if I were to have seen this a different day.

I just got a Hart mower. I like it. Love the self propelled part. My only bitch is the battery but not bc of how long it lasts but for how damn hard it is to charge it. It’s a common problem that the chargers aren’t designed to charge a 0% battery so it blinks testing all day long unless you “hack” the battery that came with the $300 piece of machinery you just bought. Do better Hart!

Only problem I have found on my behalf of having the mower is that my yard is slightly larger than a 5 amp and 4 amp battery can handle

Rob must take a ton of work, but Sarah is probably pretty easy! I own all Milwaukee stuff, mostly M18, but also some M12 stuff. I recently needed new hedge trimmers because I hate using ones with a cord, so I bought the Milwaukee ones and they rock! I now want to replace my chainsaw and and string trimmer with Milwaukee and maybe even the blower, but Milwaukee, when are you guys coming out with Lawnmowers? And they do need to be M18, not the new MX power line.

So, the reason they (and I mean all makes of battery powered blowers) have a turbo button is that they base runtime off of low speed and CFM off of high speed with Turbo on. Yeah, its a bit shady, but they all do it. I have an EGO blower. The only time I don't use Turbo is in the garage or when I don't want to go blowing everything into the neighbor's driveway (because the neighbor is outside). I'm not sure why any of them have a variable speed control, either. I only ever use low (on the sidewalk or in the garage), high (a little better control), or full turbo (95% of the time). The infinite adjustment is pretty much pointless.

I have the hedge trimmer works great is there a bigger longer lasting battery I could buy for it.thanks

Is there a shoulder strap that will work with the weed trimmers? I just got a 40 volt brush trimmer and that sucker is way heavier than I thought it would be. Surely they could have come up with something better than a heavy steel shaft. My Homelite gas trimmer strap will not work with it.

How do you put the saws on

Well I have problems with the 2p inch mower any suggestions on warranty or service. Can't seam to get Battery to power up . I'm in Amelia Ohio .

Bought one last spring,used it a couple of times and it hasn't worked since. Battery is showing that it's charged but it won't start.

so theres no chainsaw or hedge trimmer attachment for that string trimmer combo???

Just got my Hart 8" pole saw for $56 at Walmart. No oil!

My battery on mower dies in 1min … I’ve only used it like 5 times but weed wacker is fine

I got one you cat get a gas mower for a push mower now were Im at.

Equipment is good but battery life sucks. I have just over .15 acres of flat land and the 5.0ah battery won't cut it all in one charge and it claims to do up to .50 acres and it didn't even come close.

Don't bother with the mower it sucks. Battery time it only gave me 20mins and the battery didn't charge up.

The mower has a poor rating by most others who rate electric equipment
