Another sick video man keep it up! Would be v grateful if you could pan the camera over the route quickly, even for 2 seconds, before the guys climb it. I'm a shit climber and I'm trying to get better at route reading and understanding how you work out how to even start some of these problems, so showing the whole problem first would be super helpful. I think it's slightly postural and slightly camera angle because it looks enormous in this video. Certainly shredded, but I have never thought his chest was overdeveloped before. Pretty evenly developed with how strong his legs, arms, lats, and core look too.

i really would like to see a kilter board crew competition. all members set routes for the others in different styles or their favorite styles and maybe angles. i dont mind if there are multiple videos or one long video. that would be cool and interesting!

Honestly I would not mind an update, especially on those moves where the legs are cut loose and the body swings with a rotation. It seems like B's the only one who can consistently pull off these crazy moves 🤯 and I just want to know HOW to train for these

@@girlingreyshirt core strength: planking, side planking, rowing pullups, skydivers, twist holds, hanging with square shoulders (and walk your feet up sideways, later swing them sideways up to some foothold left and right of your hanging hold). But muscle is not everything: flagging is the technique he used in the first problem.
