It can be. You are a guy, right? For a female, some of these scenes might have been different. Like you pass by another guy and nothing happens, but that same guy might go and harass girls he sees on his tram ride. Also the center has some public toilets that no woman in their right mind uses after dark. Much of this kind of information is not visible to males so it's easy to claim nothing ever happens.
From all I have seen on tram rides and walking tours on RU-vid, I feel Helsinki is probably one of the safest places to be out in at night. Thank you once again for posting the video 😊😊
I think so too. Of course, there are areas where it is better not to go at night, but there are very few of them. And in any city there are such areas.
I think walking at night in the city center is very safe, because there are many tourists, students and normal people. Most other parts are becoming dangerous though because kids are fascinated by other countries ghetto culture for some reason
