Check out IT Park Friday/Saturday night behind the buses you saw lots of pop-up places to eat and lots to people to talk to, more of the IT park vibe that the locals bring

We're going to rent in both places (not at the same time) eventually and see which we like better. I think Cebu Business Park is nice also.

The sidewalks don't seem wide enough for people to maneuver especially when restaurant tables are there .

I like IT Park, its underrated but BGC beats it, not really developed and I like that, keep all the expats who pay for play out of here although there is a street that caters to such activity.

Are you kidding? IT Park is much smaller compared to BGC hence less choices and options. The pavements are also much smaller

BGC is a larger area compared to Cebu IT park. BGC is about 1 mile long across, and the IT park is more than two times shorter

Have you learnt any Tagalog?

IT park is better for Cebuanos in terms of job opportunity . BGC is in Luzon government do yiu think they allow other city to surpassed them . We are not Tagalogj. We are Filipino Cebuanos thats the reality here
