Even though "christianity" teaches brotherly Love as Jesus did, most "christians" are often judgmental towards those who don't share their beliefs or who are simply different; and most "christians" often don't recognize the hypocritical nature of their judgments. In this way, Satan [the ego] has corrupted "christianity"; and most "christians" don't seem to recognize this or try to correct this. Instead, most "christians" tend to fuel a sense of self-righteousness and superiority that too often leads to conflict with those who don't agree with them. That is not what Jesus taught! Jesus taught: Love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus did not say: Love your neighbor only if he or she is like you; or Love your neighbor only if he or she is "christian"; or Love your neighbor only if he or she is heterosexual. Jesus taught that our neighbor is not different than us, that everyone is the same in the eyes of God, that everyone is God; the same kingdom of heaven is within everyone.

Yes, I dont have to worry to hide my feelings. My brother is gay, and I think my mom is homophobic, or just wants me to be straight. I feel safe telling my brother that I am lesbian, because he supports pride. Once again, I am a lesbian, and I like this girl named Ayleen, but she is already taken. She liked me before, she told me a day ago, but now she is taken by her other crush. I am scared to show my feelings, but now I am not. I am a Christian, and also part of LGBTQ+. I still follow God’s words, pray when I need to, and do his commands. We love you for how you are, brothers and sisters.

Oh my, thank you so much for making this! I was feeling very down after my parents told me that if was to like the same gender, it would be biblically inaccurate and that they would be disappointed. i am christian, so i go to a catholic school. but at some point where i mentioned lgbtq to my friends, i realized they didn’t support it and said that god wanted you to be with the opposite gender, and for that i felt wrong to support it, and that i was committing a sin. but when i found this video it made me feel better and more confident to support lgbtq! thank you for this :) (and my dad supports!)

Hello. I am very glad you have been digging deep into all of this information and my religion. I have had a lot of hatred toward LGBTQ when I first found out it existed, but now I see things differently. You bring up a lot of good points, and everything makes a lot of sense now. While I still think being gay is unnatural and something I wouldn't do, I now know that it's not a sin and that the LGBTQ community should be lifted up and treated as equals to straight people. Even though Christianity is not your religion, you still made accurate statements and unbiased facts. A lot of people make radical statements about this with no background and expect everyone to believe it no questions asked. We need more people like you in this world.

Thank you very much. There is so many articles about how No Man Shall Add Or Remove from The Original Bible, these men who translated clearly changed and added things, committed a very crucial sin. I'm not sure if I believe in the bible or not, but I knew that the God I'm going to visit in Heaven when I pass will accept me. Because of Corathins 6 9 -10 I was unsure and sad because of it. I'm glad to now know that if God wouldnt accept me for who I am, I wouldnt accept him into my heart. I found acceptace and guidance in this video, and I thank you for it. You've boosted my confidence greatly just from this video.

I am a bisexual Christian and in love with a Trans Man. My naive self commented this under a christian vs. LGBTQ video because I refused to believe I can't be Christian anymore. They only told me that I haven't read tge Bible carefully enough and me loving someone would be a sin. That's why I searched for other opinions and proofs, that I can be both. Thank you so much for this video, it made me feel less lonely.

There is just one thing I have to ad. The bible has been translated in Germany new in parts. The old testament (where levitikus is in) has been translated in 1964 and the new testament in 1984. So I like the theory, but I don't know how it can be true.

My sister once talk about this in her school saying that bible isn't really accurate as it was from the real bible, the translation took place when people are really homophobic, my sister did a great job talking about this thing she actually did some research staying up late to make the video. Btw she is talking about the same sex marriage why it should be accepted and she explain the part where it's not a sin to be gay.

I just read a book, Where the Truth Lies (Or Tall Bones not in the US) by Anna Bailey, which is a murder mystery, featuring this gay character, Noah, as the brother of the missing kid. Noah was brought up in a really toxic christian household and was pretty interesting

Had to check beacuse I thought the bible said if you lay with another man it's a sin but it doesnt say if you fuck a man your a sinner just if you lay next to him wich doesnt make any sence lol I thought they added that to the bible bescuse of just people who thought it was a sin and isnt even in the bible also it says it's okay to own slaves in the bible but I dont belive that. There is a very high probability that the bible had modifications throughout these thousands of years. If there is actually a god, I think it's likely that he forgives anyone who does not believe in what's written today, and also likely to love those who are following the wrong teachings that the men of the past have modified. I believe there's a possibility that god exists, but until there's concrete proof, I'll just deduce he's not real and invented by some manipulator in the past.

I have a female friend who just recently became a christian. She was bisexual at first or bi curious but now she wasn't sure anymore after becoming a christian and everytime I'd mentioned about being bisexual or homosexual wasn't a sin or being in a same sex relationship she would tell me the bible said this and the bible said that about loving someone in that type of way. What do I do? Should I share this video to her?

I have been saying this for YEARS and no one has believed me. In the Bible it even actually says that people of the same gender are naturally attracted to each other, I will try to find the verse and edit it in later. Am I the only one who finds it a little misguiding to state that the RSV is the bible that "Christian faith communities read from every weekend". This is only one of many Bible translations, and many cummunities use different translations. You can't refer to only one translation of the bible, after all, it is a translation, witch means that it can't perfectly relay the same message as the original text.
