Natasha, this is another great video. The question you posed (from my vantage point) depends on a few things: economics, design and so on. I would buy a house if the materials used are good and cost id reasonable. Building a house requires architectural customization. If I were able to afford an African-designed house, I would build it. Materials are cheap, so I may end up spending more money than the 'already-built' route.

From what I've watched from different channels, if you want to buy a small property, it's better and cheaper to buy a house but if you want a big property, it's cheaper to buy land and build the house yourself.

I prefer both! Depending on the area you want to invest in! If for example you want to a house in Kabulonga or Longacres then it’s likely that you will be buying a house unless you want to incur more costs of knocking down the old house and then rebuilding
