Just rolled over 2K miles on mine , put some handle bar risers on it and a iridium spark plug , the risers tightened the throttle cable a little and shockingly made it peppier than ever. Btw 110 mpg verified by many fill ups .
Red and silver flake is sharp too! Hahaha I love mine so much it's making it hard to find a bigger bike that I feel as comfortable on, just to hold highway speeds. I might go to the 13 sprocket ;)
I love my red Monkey since February ´22, too. It's a real motorcycle! I learned on a BMW R 75/5, used Kawasaki 900, but loved my Dax and my HONDA SL 125 as a Teenie. I am riding not so far away from the danish border and Tønder. Where are you from in Denmark?

Hvor stærk kører sådan en 4 gears MSX efter gps, på en vej ligeud uden med, og modvind? Jeg spørger fordi jeg har haft en Skyteam Dax EU45 Red Devil, og skiftet ud med Suzuki Savage, Honda CBR 600 F3, og nu Suzuki GS500F, men jeg savner en Dax, MSX, Monkey ting som gal! Men det skal være en 125 ccm, som jeg bare vil bruge i byen når jeg ikke kører på min GS500… men nogle siger de ikke kører hurtigere end ca 85, og det er bare for lidt….
Jeg havde en engang 🤩men skiftede den ud til fordel for en Indian Bobber Scout 😆. Men kan da tilføje at den var sjov, men os langsom☺️ men nu handler alt jo ikke om fart . Go Buy One… it is cheap and HONDA quality🔥
No, front ABS only, which is better, because you can lock rear to put bike down, if needed to avoid a worse collision. Hopefully that never happens for you.

@@mrforeman7443 Nope .. I didn't get one.. I have a 09 Yam Zuma 50c with 10k miles (but getting old).. with my Zuma theres no shifting.. I like the Monkey with its big comfy seat.. But I didn't like the shifting.. What Honda needs to do is make a Honda Monkey scooter with the same big comfy seat and add a floor to put your feet like a scooter.... If Honda would make this in a 125cc and 50cc - I would buy one.. The Ruckus is ok.. but no storage..and the seat is probably too low for me.. I think a same sized Monkey, but make it a scooter - like I mentioned would be much better..
Honda is writing: "Complete with ABS" - and in my world thats full ABS, but maybe it's just marketing ;) Gotta be honest, i didnt check it my self, its not that fast ;) Hah
