Title alone, I would say no from experience. I remember someone had this steel door and steel piece he would put on his properties and there was no going in unless you got a ladder and went to the upstairs windows

Thank you for sharing 👍 Please, how do you evaluate the amount of "down payment"❓ Also, when the renter will buy the house, will this amount be deducted from the purchase price since you call that a "down payment❓ In the rent or lease to own course, my comprehension was that was the price of the lease contract and the leasee doesn't get this money back and it is not a down payment on the house. 🤔
