Ukraine has become far and away the top recipient of U.S. foreign aid, according to the Council on Foreign Relations. It’s the first time that a European country has held the top spot since the Harry S. Truman administration directed vast sums into rebuilding the continent through the Marshall Plan after World War II. Since the war began, the Biden administration and the U.S. Congress have directed nearly more than $75 billion in assistance to Ukraine, which includes humanitarian, financial, and military support, according to the Kiel Institute for the World Economy, a German research institute.

There’s more industrial jobs than you think. For example, bombs are made from industrial yards, as well as metal. Those in turn being used and having to be remade create a labor market boom. Although, sending money to Ukraine to lease or buy tanks from Germany does NOT help the American government grow. That in fact helps Germany grow while Americas debt deficit reaches an all time high. The joke is American leadership. They are the real clowns 🤡

subsidized does not mean sustainable. These jobs are not secured. The moment the US Gov stops paying, the jobs are gone. That's not really an investment, isn't it?

Here comes a time when you need to think of your own country we need to put us first like China is putting themselves first. Why should the taxpayers have the burden for what's going on overseas Yes I understand the argument It's overseas keep it overseas but there comes a time in life when you have to think of yourself and this is that time. Best bang for the buck the US could spend. The money is mostly equipment that would need replacement anyways in the near future and we are sticking it to the Ruzzians whom have aided the enemies of the US in the past. North Korea, Viet Nam, Syria and others. The best thing of all no American soldiers are in the fight. The Ukrainians are also furthering our battle field technology and techniques for fighting a future large land war against future enemies.
