China has solve more of it territory dispute since WWII than most countries. this myth that China is an aggressor is simply US misinformation. even on the issue of 9 dash line, in ROC there were 11 dash, the north part of the dispute with Vietnam is resolved, thus reducing its line. This is a long and totally different issue. As for the West Philippine Sea, it is China that militarized it with bases in Mischief reef. They even tricked other claimants that they were just building shelter for fishermen during reclamation phase. Look at it now. The issue cannot be solved by a bilateral discussion, period.
