I am a NRI lived almost 35 years in different countries . When you say quality of life is better than Kerala it depends on your definition. Before the modernisation Kerala had a beautiful way of life and system . Infrastructure snd civic sense is Low in kersla , however it is improving . Campus politics , politics , religious and communal interference in every sector is both there in any other country as in india ( not comparing gulf countries here ) . It is we Keralites are spoiling snd have spoiled the quality of life , encouraged corruption , mafiaism. Religious snd political segregation . For any animal sense of belonging , habitat snd identity is very important . That’s also part of quality of life !

I don't belong to Education field. I am just going as a volunteer, athu evidathe concept annu. For teaching in Canada you need to have some Canadian experience in that field or else do a 6 month on school training program to gain that experience and knowledge on their teaching methods and way. Research related things I don't know as of now
Canada or western countries are the worst place for financial reasons. You will never make what you make in gulf countries. On top of that, Gulf do not have heavy tax like west. It should be only for quality of life.

I have been working in Dubai from 2015 until 2023 May.. reached Canada on Sept 15th as a PR holder. I personally find it very difficult to adjust here. Loneliness is something that affects me more. And the kind of convenience we had in Dubai is not available here. Things are slow, and I really don't know how to explain it. I always get this feeling like going back. I'm here with my family and I know a lot of people who have this same feeling. If you have a good job and if you can manage the expense there then try to stay there. This is just an advice from my personal experience.
@@jaisejoseph5504 i was working as an outsource staff with Dewa. At some point i realized that they ll never gonna make us direct staff. So i wanted to leave uae. I dont have any relatives or friend in canada. So we moved to canada thru express entry. And we r leaving canada by this month 21st. Enough is enough. I had learned alot from the last 4 months. I have lost a lot of money. But there is something cald inner peace. Which i wouldnt get it here. We are coming back to uae.
