Looking at your dash options, IF this is to be a hotrod, My eye is seeing the passengers dash lines extended all the way across, and then a raised box of similar style with a custom flat plate to house whatever guages you's like, recessed back into that boxed section.
I will look at it again, but I think it has the same problem as the c10. Space is very constrained without a significant about of redesign with the pedal and column bracket.
