I bought the Bosch machine about 40 yrs ago and it lasted about 35 yrs. Strong excellent machine. Kneaded my bread, made cookie doughs and had a blender. Am going to buy this bundle, sorry to see that it is on back order, though it is the Christmas season. Excellent quality, thanks for letting me know that it is still available.
I’ve been looking and wanting this. It’s amazing you reviewed this day after I came so close to buying it. I hesitate because it’s so big. I don’t need to make 8 loaves of bread. Wish they had a smaller version. I could get rid of my stand mixer and my food processor. But still back and forth if I need this. If I do, I will use your link. I want but do I need 🤔?
At your recommendation over a year ago I bought the Nutrimill Artiste because you gave an excellent demonstration and I was able to get it through your link for $199. You said it could handle kneading amounts and every bit as well as the Bosch and I found this to be true. I have been so very happy with the Artiste and it takes up far less space than the Bosche. I don't use attachements but I believe the Nutrimill Artiste does every bit an excellent job at kneading dough and an amount up to about 6 loaves at a time. My Kitchenaid stand mixer (I bought it in 1991 when it was all metal construction) just was not able to keep up and it isn't able to safely knead dough past level 2 nor for more than about 3 minutes at a time without straining the motor. It could only handle 2 loaves of basic white flour dough and would heat up quickly and I could smell the burning odor.
I went to the link at Walmart and that bundle does not include the blender or the slicer attachments. Just FYI. Or at least I could not find it. Thank you for demonstrating it. It is an awesome machine.
In Australia Bosch was recommended to me by a white goods repairman back in 99' ,as it was the least brand he repaired. It's still the same 24 years later with these repair guys & if they do repair this brand it's usually a cheap/small part i was recently told.
I was looking at the Bosch however the fact that it’s all plastic i have an issue. Also how strong is the blender? I have a vitamix and have had it for about 35 years and use it all the time to make nut milks , peanut butter, almond butter and different flours .
Mine didn't hold up i have a large family and this just wasn't that great for me. all the plastic on the paddles the gear area on them wore down, the splash guard broke and was replaced several times, the cheese shredder, which was awesome, but had plastic parts that kept wearing down...I finally got tired of fixing and replacing parts on it and got rid of it. My professional KitchenAid which i bought several years before my Bosch is still going strong even though I've had to change the gears twice...KitchenAid I've had for 12 years the Bosch mixer I had for about 9 but didn't use anywhere near as much as the KitchenAid...powerful motor, but cheap plastic parts.
It must have been a defect in that Bosch because that is literally unheard of with Boch. It's usually the other way around. Kitchen aid don't hold up under heavy bread making.
Thank you. I was looking all over for reviews on tbe stainless steel bowl but found nothing. I thought maybe people were not happy with it. You use one. Great, im getting one.@@TheBiblicalNutritionist
