I'm surprised you didn't include white tanooki, white racoon suit, red star, etc. considering they all give him infinite invulnerability. Or even the Mario & Luigi series.

here are some points I wanted to point out including some of my own. marios durability can be scaled SUPER high cause he survived a supernova in the mario galaxy ending the giga bell and white tanooki suit are imo the most powerful mario power ups mario doesnt need the fire flower to get fire powers because of the mario and Luigi games mario is a star child who is stated by kamek to have the power to take over a universe
Good points in the analysis but something you made a mistake was in the powerful bosses that Mario faced. And they are the RPG ones since Miyamoto has confirmed that all Mario's are the same except for Smash, which is not a Mario game. The most relevant thing would be his battles against Entities such as: Culex, an omnipresent being that became Mario RPG and will be released for this year's remake Dimentio and the heart of chaos: Where he transforms into SuperDimentio and was going to erase Mario's entire cosmology with the destructive capacity of Heart of Chaos BowserDreamy and Antasma: Bowser with the dream stone could basically have total control of the Dreams that were considered the size of universes. infinite since each dream has its universe parallel to this one.
