Is matte acrylic the same as acrylic gouache? / Trying out the Holbein acrylic colors mat 

I recently discovered the HOLBEIN ACRYLIC COLORS MAT paint and wanted to continue my quest to see if acrylic gouache is the same medium as matte acrylic like many people claim.
One thing is for sure, this is excellent paint and I enjoyed using it.
