After playing on controller and having fun we decide to test project cars 2 on PC and with the Simucube 2 pro! Make sure to give Davids channel a follow @apexvisiontv Link for FFB is here Pops Racer: www.overtake.gg/downloads/pop...
PC2 is the only game I have that I can do a full on 24 hours race and finish it in its entirety. One thing that's missing in a lot of racing games that I think should be added is the driver swap feature. One of the reasons why I come back to this game. I don't have friends that I can switch with during a 24 hour race, so the AI is the next best thing. The AI is not even that bad in PC2 either.
That’s crazy I did 6 hours of Glenn on iRacing last week and that was wild. Time flies by though when you’re having fun on your favorite sim 24 hours feels like 10 when you have a smile on your face ! I haven’t done a long stint in pc2 but maybe that will change soon! Thanks for checking out the video!
Really liked the video! got a new sub. Only complaint was the audio from your mic was too loud compared to the gameplay audio. When you said oooh nice engine sound with the ferarri i could barely hear it and i wanted to after you said that! well done overall though
@@jtgracing1 What I would suggest are: - minimize the Gain on your Blue Yeti mic, as the mic input is clipping the whole time, so it distorts your real life voice. Set the gain much lower, and in your recording or streaming software your can add more volume to the now non-clipping mic if you want to, and - be sure you set the mic's polar pattern to cardioid, which is similar to a 'heart' shape, and - rotate the mic until you face with its side where you can see its headphone volume control (NOT the gain!) and the mute button. This is the side where the cardioid polar pattern gets its most signal from. General rule is, especially if you record for RU-vid / non-live content, that it's better to have too little audio than too loud/clipping, because in the video editing software you use you can add volume later, but if the source/recorded audio is already clipping, you can't do much about it in the video editing software. Keep up the good work, I enjoyed your video, and I'll always love Project Cars 2 :)
@@tamas_katona I seriously appreciate all the tips! I actually got really mad at myself after hearing the audio and watched like full length tutorial on how to get the best audio out of my setup. Taking your tips into account and testing it sound much better! Also thanks for checking the video out!
Great video! Im playing today with a Moza R5 Wheel, and is fucking great. There is big range of cars with different handling profiles. Im not hearing anyone giving love to the sheer sound in Project Cars 1? PS4/PS5 or PC dosent matter. Try out the formula A/1 car out - Its like a gun going of for every gear shift! Handling is better in PC 2, but for only the sound in PC 1 it still fire it up at least once a week.
I’ll have to try out PC1 I have t been on it since it came out on PS and I was terrible at it but I had so much fun on controller as I didn’t have a wheel back then lol. Thanks for checking the video out!!
For me pcars2 and ams2 are fantastic single player vr experiences. As far as the ffb of pcars2...i just accept it as is and drive on😎 i am a little upset i cheaped out and never got all the dlc for it though. Thank you for the half hour escape from reality. Peace✌️
great video, can I suggest that you adjust your mic settings please? it sounds like maybe the gain is too high, as with your normal register of voice is getting all crunched.
What amazes me...is how did we went from having this kind of racing sims on console...and now that we have the so called "next gen" consoles, there is no game that can even match the imersion that project cars 2 gave!!! This game came years early!!! If the developers on this game had the technology that is available now...man...it would have forza motorshit and gt7 licked all day long!!!! I still play it on XBx and ps5 and its way more enjoyable then both combined!!! It was made for racers....by racers...and with low cost!!! And see the result!!!
They made project cars 3. It wad horrible. The physics using this engine just can't compete wirh modern Sims. I guess it's great when compared to console games like forza doesn't come close to acc, iracing, or hell even assetto corsa with content manager.
@@JustMamba Yeah I think its definitely universal that project cars 3 was just a flop. AMS2 is built on the PC2 engine and I that game I have alot of fun in!
I believe you still might be able to get a key off of g2a but it’s hard because no sites sell the game anymore at least on pc on console you should be good obviously
I play only on PC so I havent been on GT in a super long time, plus I dont think im at that level to coach other people just yet! Would be happy to give you any tips if you need any though just from my driving!
@@Vikingkinggaming definitely Assetto Corsa as you can get free mods for just about anything you want to drive. I’d recommend automobilista 2 and then maybe even acc for gt driving if that’s what you like. After that pc comes everything is gonna open for you it’s gonna be wild! I was watching one of your vids man driving looks solid on gt7 keep that good work up 💪💪
