www.primephysi... - In today’s episode, you’ll learn how rejection, trauma, and stress may be flaring up or causing your eczema. You'll also find out why relationships may be flaring you up, and why changing your diet, adding supplements, and seeing doctors aren't helping. You'll also learn an amazing story about a woman who couldn't eat any gluten and was finally able to eat gluten again after emotionally healing. You'll also find out my personal story of how relationships affected my skin (and how relationships may be affecting yours too).
Our guest on today's show is Dr. Nima Rahmany, a chiropractor and Mental & Health Optimization Coach who discovered that most illnesses stem from a past traumatic event. After 15 years as a chiropractor, Dr. Nima found that most of his patients came to see him for various issues that stemmed from stress. However, he became increasingly frustrated when chiropractic care alone could not address why people got sick, stressed, and stuck.
Fascinated by the various healing methodologies he had studied for more than 20 years, he formulated The Overview Method™. Today, he dedicates his life to studying and teaching principles of healing the mind and body to overcome stress.

I thoroughly resonated with this. One thing to keep in mind tho not all eczema is emotionally caused. Sometimes it is cause by outside forces like actually reactions to chemicals such as vaccines and detergents. Those people who get angry about her saying it's emotional I completely understand. If you have had eczema you know it can be quite painful and uncomfortable. Some people have it all over their body. I have had it in several places at once and on my hands which makes for a very difficult time. If you're a therapist working with others it's important to have compassion and not judge.

This guy is spot on but I already knew this. I had Alopecia (autoimmune affecting hair folicles) when I broke up with a GF long ago. I just got rejected again not long ago and was expecting something to happen from the traumatic event. Sure enough, this time it was eczema. I feel good about the event now but the eczema is still around although getting better but stable and seems to be healing
