Tet officially is always 1 week in Vietnam and not 2. This year its from February 8 to the 14.

Why would anyone want to come when most of the stores are closed and everything is expensive….no thanks, I’ll come in October when kids are back in school and there are few tourists

Dont come for culture and food ecperience during Tet. A few VN places will sell food but the prices will be raise as 'special service'

I've been to VN during Tet. For me.....well, "I'll PASS". That being said.....this time (Feb 2024) I'm going after Tet. But then, I don't have any REAL FAMILY there. So.....for me, it's just another Vacation.

Trust me boys Tet is horrible, it’s officially only around 7days but people leave the city for months. It takes a long time to things get popping again, If coming comd after Feb.
