I am an Ex Subway Employee...I used to work part time in Subway during Covid period as my clg was only online lectures n also it was to gain some new experience n pocketmoney rather than just sitting home with no work....what the doctor says is 101% true....The multigrain breads branded as healthy are not healthy as half of it is made of Maida...the fillings like paneer tikka, aloo patty n sauces are frozen processed foods which contain many preservatives...Subway is not healthy in any angle....You can eat it sometimes, but not daily

I always ask for white Italian not multi grain and garlic, the less fiber your bread has the less anti nutrients there are and i go with egg and cheese if it's breakfast and turkey, chicken with cheese if it's lunch. When it comes to vegetables, I stay away from lettuce, spinach and ask them for few slices of tomato, onion, olives, cucumber and bell peppers ( 3 out of 4 in here are fruits not vegetables), i select one sauce only and it's either mint mayo or tandoori mayo, hence fewer calories than an average sub , fewer anti nutrients, and make sure you ask to add some pickles they are good in a sandwich, stay safe .
You have the option of multi grain bread you have the option to take no sauce or less sauce you have the option to make it grilled or toasted you have the option to not take cheese. Subway is anyday better than any other mnc food chains.
Best advice. Bahar ke thele aur dominos, kfc mein humko pata h they are unhealthy. But people prefer subway coz they really think it's healthy. They should think its unhealthy but a bit better than others ... It's not entirely Healthy as such.

He is paranoid about vegetables sometimes, most of the vegetables you add in your Subway sandwich are not even vegetables to begin with ( tomatoes, olives, cucumber, bell peppers are fruits), sauces at Subway are bad for you in both calories and the condiments they use in them, so next time when you eat your sub add less sauces and add less vegetables like lettuce if you are not fine with that, avoid sauces tho because they have more seed oils.
Sir thank you 🙏 this subway is the worst thing these sauces are so sugary and honestly kuch nhi hai jo ghar par nhi ban sakta . The bread and sauces is understandable but the raw veggies...? We eat salad too so in that case is that unhealthy too (filled with anti nutrients and will make me feel bloated)?

Agree, and way too much sugar in the bread...I have read in some news that EU has a litigation which is saying with so much sugar you can't say your bread as bread but you need to term it as 'cake'.
It depends on the store, they bake their own bread everyday, you should ask them how much sugar do they add in their bread and go for the regular flat white bread instead of the other ones, they probably are not going to add many ingredients if it's the white Italian.
Subway's healthy they offer veggies and meat options like you can have salad or veggie wrap with a water or tea but they also offer unhealthy options like bacon,pizza,churros, meatball subs ,cookies and other unhealthy things as well like sodas so depending on the person if they have self control or not and are trying to be healthy subway is healthy
