It just mesmerizes to understand how our elders survived around 80+ years without knowing the abc's of carbs etc., ! Indeed its their lifestyle and for us who have enormous exposure to all these things still struggle to maintain proper health!

Sugar is not enemy. Not any food in this world that is consumable or have been consumed by human beings is not an enemy. Over consumption and lack of exercise is a real enem enemy.
I believe people know refined sugar is enemy, but your way of explanation very good. Also sharing info about various food items, will help me to choose them wisely.

I keep myself off sugar from 2018 and same time included lots of fruits as my first meal. Sugar cant avoid during festivals or some rare occasions. But cutting down white sugar in routine seriously helps a lot.

This is so informative! We tend to go overboard with sugar, especially during the holidays. I also really liked the comparison between common household foods because we usually don’t think about the amount of sugar in these products. I watched this with my whole family and they were quite surprised at the amount of sugar they actually consume. Thank you so much!

But for last 2 to 3 years she has always Stumach pain. We have Hause doctor ,she said that my daughter should drink more which she does. I do some Home remedies also but it's not working. Can you give us any advice or a deit chart for my daughter. What should she eat and what she should avoid .It will be really nich and helpful if you upload a video about this problem. At my Home Colas, crisps and fast food have banned. Even my children don't like to eat food from outside. Every kind of fast food I cook my self. I will be really thankfull. Stay healthy 🤲
@@memoonaahmad114 .Sometimes dryness comes from within .Your daughter should avoid all refine carbs , white flour , white sugar , white rice .Whole wheat roti is good .Add more fruits to her diet .One very old remedy by my mother which akways works .Add 1tb sp of desi ghee to hot milk ,u can add sugar or elaich or any flavoring and give her on an empty stomach .Papaya and prunes r very good for constipation .Add desi ghee or butter to her diet .Hope this should help ur daughter InShAllah .
