I am in Europe, they have these kind of buses but many developed cities don't have such bus stations and dedicated bus lanes separated by kerbstones. In some cities you can see a lane on a normal road with big sign "BUS" just to remind drivers that lane is for buses. I guess Europe is getting older and Africa is maturing.
Nice video! Once you are outside the station, you cannot reuse your ticket. However, you can change your route with the same ticket as long as you are still within the station.
