Is Ted Nugent a Poacher? Watch This Before Answering 

Anybody who thinks Ted Nugent doesn’t care about wildlife is out of their mind.

I met him once in an airport,,,He stood there for quite a while talking with us, talking about our families, our lives, and taking a sincere interest. Nothing about him, he was just down to earth, and a super nice guy, not the loudmouth the media portrays him as.

Come on Ted, Eric Holder and Obama fully support the 2nd amendment. They just require that you be from Mexico and work for the Cartel if you're gonna own a gun.

Total bull!!!! That is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard of in the hunting world. If you shoot an animal and you do everything in your power to find it, AND you honestly believe that you didn’t kill it, you should still be able to hunt. Really 2 years no hunting???? For that..... At most a fine. You did what ANY hunter would probably do. The only difference is that we wouldn’t have shown the video.

He makes a very convincing argument when at the end he said "How many people have been charged with that law?" "1 me" The law is for everyone and should be administered fairly and consistently. Neither happened in this case. So good to see videos like this out there for the public to see and make up their own minds.

They seen a chance to take some of his hard earned money and they took it! He's not a poacher. GW's were created to control hunters that would poach for commercial purposes. Selling our wildlife, depleting the wild game, and not paying taxes to the government. They, like most government institutions have overstepped their boundaries and spun out of control. I know there are good ones and I support the common sense officers that are trying to do right. I've hunted and fished my entire life, Hunting Club member, and hunt numerous states. I hear very few people that have respect for them now because of thier over reach. Honestly, the majority hate them and these are people that have never received a ticket for any violations. People are sick of it and they deter a lot of people from enjoying the outdoors. I have a neighbor, hunted for years, and he says, "I used to love it young man but when they made everything illegal, I don't have the time to read all the new laws and regulations that change with the wind." They want your money. The states do not sincerely care about our wildlife, the hunters do.

Love him or hate him for his outspoken approach, but Ted Nugent is one of the Greatest supporters of the Rights of hunters, the 2nd Amendment and the American way. We Love Ted Nugent. Rock on Uncle Ted !!!

The only reason he is the only one punished under this law is that it's virtually impossible to catch someone who does it. He was unfortunate that he broadcast his mistake to millions. Stupid law. There should be common sense (and there probably would be if Ted wasn't the culprit).

Lol think that's crazy . I baught my deer license and tag at 11 a.m. on a friday morning. Baged ah beautiful 12 point 204 lb whitetail in tipton indian in my stand at 230 PM the same day .The conservation came to my parents house looking for me an hour after checking my buck in. Shove my father down on the floor by shoving the door in . No knocking. He went to meet them at the back door as he seen them pull up. Walked over him and searched the house took my guns , bow, ammo and made them call me to inform me there would be a warrent out for my arrest if I didnt meet them in a disclosed area. They try to say there was no way I harvested that buck in that amount of time. And that I had already shot it thee night before. After takeing them to thee pile of guts that were still warm. And then going to court dates for 3 years did I then receive a plea to plead guilty , I denied it. 3 more years went by 8 grand in lawyer fees , 6 years without being able to hunt with my then ageing father. Watching my beagles grow old without running them. I rabbit hunt also. But long story short . 6 years 12 grand and damaged guns is what it cost me to finally be taken up in front of a judge and be asked why I went through all this. That it was ridiculous on the conservation part and a not guilty verdict. Afterwards they interrupted my hunts every year for 4 or 5 years to just ask for proof of license . I live in a democratic county. And I swear thee only reason this got cleared up is it took so long they eventually by the grace of god elected a republican judge in thee end that actually hurried my case along. My father is gone now not too long after all this. And I want the 6-8 years back they stole from me, hunting with my father. I swear it's what killed him or helped anyways. We were each others only hunting partner. God bless ya ted. We need ya brother. Thanks for fighting the good fight you've been fighting for years. Chris. Indiana.

On the upside, there’s a lot of “nongame” species in different states. Like hogs, prairie dogs and many more. These vary by state. It’s technically not hunting if you go after those because no license is required.

Jack Schmidt used to be my neighbor. I can't tell you the number of times I had to clean up his garbage because he put it outside too early and the bears got into it.

I still cannot understand why the same people who eat food that has never been free, has been tortured, forced to grow faster & larger than normal by drugs, then killed brutally and painfully. Yet they rail against hunters who ethically and quickly kill animals who have lived their entire lives free in their natural habitat till the moment of their death calling it barbaric. I was going to do a drop in Caribou hunt with an Alaskan outfitter next year. Already had the reservation. Just canceled it after watching this. It seems Alaska in not a hunter friendly state. No, Ted is definitely not a poacher, and this is why you never give up your guns. The government always has the potential of disarming and turning on it's citizens, and hunters would most likely be their primary target.
