Is the 2020 Audi RS3 the ULTIMATE compact PERFORMANCE sport sedan? 

Hey, I'm a guy at 57 years of age and I have owned many cars in my life. Last year, I bought my self an RS3 and I have to say that this is the most rewarding, fun and adventurous car I have ever droven. I order the car without speed limiter and have drove it on German Autobhan a couple of times, Guess what? Max speed (290 km/h) was just a dream. So easy, so fun, the car behavor in that speed was like an ordinary car during 100 km/h. I love my car:-)

When you did the 2021 Toyota Supra videos where you were not allowed to comment it gave me a new appreciation for the sounds the car you were driving was making. That was already an awesome part of your videos. You have always given me a good idea of what these cars sound like from the cockpit, which I love about your videos. The silent drive in the 2021 Toyota Supra (both of them) was a new experience and I enjoyed it. I love your commentary, largely because you are so knowledgeable and down to earth about these awesome cars, so I want your commentary. That said, I love the no commentary portion of this video. I think it is a great compliment to the overall "ride" we take with you as we explore these amazing cars. I've also got to say, it has given me an even greater appreciation for how good a driver you are.

I love these cars every time i see them in person. my favorite color they come in is that orange. The styling is on point and interior is excellent. The only thing I heard negative about them was someone who takes theirs to track days and mentioned a tendency for terminal understeer. Which unless you are going to track days your typical owner will never notice it. Great bang for your buck car.

Oh yes it definitely is.💯 Honestly one of the fastest sedan’s on the market right now hand’s down. Especially with a simple tune, down pipe, air intake, and exhaust. Your smoking Lambo’s and Ferrari’s all day and night long.

I have a 2019 Nardo Grey RS3 and love the understated good looks. One benefit of the design is it doesn’t scream “boy racer” especially to the cops.

Love this car in that color, really makes those red brake calipers pop!

The Screen goes down when you drive on 2017, and mid way through 2018. Half way through 2018 they had to remove the screen retracting while driving to meet some US backup camera rule, They also neutered the exhaust note at the same time. If you are ever in Utah feel free to drive my early 2018 it is a whole different car.

AND, it’ll do it in the rain too. Quattro is amazing system and it’s so stable in our famous Florida rain storms. Yes I’ve launched in the rain and it still just goes. ANY 2wd sports car on the planet is toast. Yes ANY. Plus, throw just an e85 tune and you’re way over 500hp. Sick cars

That 5 cylinder man, so unique and rare, baby V10 exhaust note, the car is really nice but the price is quite high doe !

This car rocks and responds very well to tuning. APR has a tune that adds 66HP and 88TQ WITH WARRANTY..if you want to go off warranty, you add 132HP and 132TQ with E85. Just a tune, no parts. Bolt up turbo kits push this over 700HP..Amazing platform! Wish they sold the RSQ3 in America

Hey Joe, the feds forced Audi to change their center screen in mid-2018 because of back up camera regulations. My ‘17 s3 screen drops into the dash when I push the button. To be honest, I rarely lower it since I regularly have apple CarPlay running on it.

I have a 2018 Audi S3. I'm trying to make my mind up of which new Audi to get. Unfortunately the A3 lineup is getting a major refresh end of this year or next year as a 2021 model. Not really a time to buy one then, especially someone like me that has the current generation. Maybe I'll continue to drool over the new 2020 S5 coupe. Love my Audi's!

Great review. The screen no longer can be retracted because of a federal regulation on the response time of the back up camera. The back up camera has to respond with a certain time. If it has to extend, it can't meet that time. I own a 2016 A3 2.0 Quattro (has back camera and but built before the time the regulation actually took effect) and the screen does retract. Also, what appear to a zonk (not a full black roof) is a blessing. These black painted roofs are not as durable as the color paints. I'd rather have the black replaced with the body color particularly in the Florida sunshine. It looks cool but they are known to fail early.
