I started 🧘♀️ meditating 20 minutes twice a day 38 years ago when my 12 yo daughter was goading me with sassiness! Wish I had had carnivore during her teenage years! Middle Tennessee Rita ❤
I’ve been Carnivore for about a year and a half (started Jan2023). Very strict Carnivore. Ive lost about 45 pounds and nearly everything is working great- all except for anxiety issues. In my case, anxiety issues didn’t go away. I still have periods of severe anxiety. Maybe a bit easier to manage and maybe a shorter period, but still there. Kinda frustrating because it was the one thing I hoped would go away. But my blood pressure, weight, skin issues, aches and pains.. those are all reversed and physically I am doing great.
The only foods i can have while keeping the carnivore calm is fermented foods like milk kefir and sauerkraut. Both underrated foods to pair with carnivore
I’m very calm on carnivore and anxious and depressed when I fall off the no carb diet. I wish it was not so, but it’s a reality I have to accept. I too have stayed off site at meditation retreats so I could get my meat in me.😆
Absolutely Great information that supports so many of us! I have trained in formal meditation and practiced it for 53 years - and taught it. Carnivore has absolutely made a huge difference - I am glad you shared your experience in this as well. Walking has been a practice for decades for health and well-being - and barefoot "earthing" is so supportive. Healthy "secular" rituals help to balance our psychology and body - very supportive. As usual -THANK YOU! Rabbi Evan! P.S. I ordered the walking book - Henry David Thoreau and Charles Dickens are Walking Heroes of mine and I love books on walking. Thank you for another great book recommendation - keep them coming!
@@carnivorerabbi For many decades I was Lacto Ovo Vegetarian -Long Meditation retreats got me started on that - but health concerns brought me to Carnivore and I have noticed huge deepening in daily practice for months now -so I was glad to hear you share that you are experiencing the same.
Interesting and insightful. Yoga is similar in that it has a high percentage of vegetarians. I find my yoga and meditation experience has improved on a carnivore diet. Ps loved your recent interview on Dave’s channel, which led me to your channel. Regards and best wishes from New Zealand
