I had a friend in back in college that I kind of took under my wing. She was 22 with 6 and then got pregnant by her sister's boyfriend! I was working an internship at PP and I got her in right away. What type of person who's staying in a homeless shelter with their already numerous kids is gonna go find anolther broke man in that homeless shelter, have unprotected relations and create another life when she already can't support the ones she has now? So many children look like both fathers or both parents. These cases are ridiculous. Why are these litigants allowed to yell and argue with each other. Have them be quiet when one is talking. 2nd case, he moves them to florida to a shelter and leaves her in the shelter and moves to another state for a job opportunity. Why didnt he take her there like he uprooted her life and took her to florida and stuck her in a shelter? He abandoned her after she left her life behind to follow him to a new state and he left her in a shelter in a place she knew nobody. He messed up. He never came back for at least 9 or more months. Thats abandoning his family. And if it was to get a job to better his family why didnt he send money or get them out of the shelter he dumped them in?

As we do not know her past and the antecedents that may have brought her to this juncture in her life, perhaps we should not be so judgemental. Look, during her testimony, as she was being questioned by the judge, the woman seemed to have presented a perception of a "need" to constantly have a mate in her life. And, as it appears, based on her mate selection, she may be suffering from low self-esteem along with other mental health issues. Therefore, I believe that for the sake of the children, the judge should have ordered that she seek court-assisted mental health counseling. Moreover, she and her estranged husband need legal counsel to finalize their divorce and sort out the issues involving the "legal paternity" of the children as a result of her multiple entanglements with other men.
