Is the Lamborghini Performante faster than the regular Huracan in a Drag Race? 

Man I could just listen to that sound all day everyday.

Great runs man. The 610-4 didn’t do too poorly. The Performante I suspect shines a bit more on a track. Would be cool to see some track match ups too.

the difference is really little. The regular Huracan is already very fast.

the difference is prominent on track, pls do 720s vs 918

clean test... performante ligther and 30-40 hp plus then standart model. but small diffarence.

Thanks for posting, just as i suspected the Performante is marginally quicker up till 150 mph and then the 750% extra down force slows it down. Of course we already know the outcome against the 720S and 100D. Not sure about the MP4-12C, that should be close.

it's kinda obvious, the performante has like 30 more horses than the regular which isn't much but it's a different, it also has a wing that helps with downforce especially with that ALA system so......

The Performante was picked up not too long ago. I'm sure it doesn't have its break-in miles yet. I'm surprised he ran it hard already.

I don’t know if it was just me, but in some races, it seemed that the Huracán LP610-4 was going to start catching just before the races actually ended.

The 443 pound feet of torque the Performante has really seems to help it in comparison to the regular Huracan’s 412 pound feet of torque.

When you all say no difference you do realize that the perf wasn’t designed for drag racing. Do a track day and you will see why it cost more. Yes the regular hurcan is bad ass but the perf is extra bad ass.

Little Note : Road and Track has named the McLaren 720S 2018 Car Of The Year. They tested it, and it got : 9.90Sec 1/4 mile @148.2mph 2.7Sec 0-100 They tested the Performante too : 10.2 @133mph 2.4sec 0-100

Wow you can really see the roll race disadvantage of Aero on the Performante above 100mph.

On the track the gap will be a bit more I think

Besides the fact that these sound like tractor engines, I'm struck by how utterly tame these runs look.

Definitely thought this was a weird outcome. Road and track just tested a 10.2 second 1/4 mile out of the performante and the best 1/4 mile time for the regular Huracan is 10.6 seconds

If you closely watch the first race, the regular Huracan gets a slow rolling start while the Performante is still standing still --- 1:25

Well Peformante is faster but it made for Track and turning and braking Short time but I agree it might be built for speed

The standard Huracan is a lot nicer LOOKING car. Plus the forged carbon always looks dirty.

Judging by this i believe Huracan performante will run a 1/4 of 10.17@138mph to 10.35@132mph

This car also made an awesome lap at the Nurburgring. But talking again about numbers, where is the huge difference that you expect thanks to this numbers? I don’t know you, but I expected something more in a drag race.

It isn`t a match for your 720S though. Neither agianst the 12C, if it is tuned. Still, it will be closer than a normal Huracan vs the 720S atleast.

Didn't blow his doors off but performante is definitely faster. But we all know it's not meant for straight line speed. On a track tho I'm sure it'll kill a lot of supercars!

Rather get 2017 Dodge Viper ACR and twin turbo it to 1000whp and have rest of the money for a nice daily driver Genesis g80 sport and have money left still. Overpriced vw... mine as well get Audi R8 same thing just different badge.....
