I have rented houses for 20 years 900 to 1300 a month I sold all my homes in 2020-March of 2021 what I sold my houses for with 20% down my tenants could no afford to pay the higher rents Lehigh valley rents are to high for common workers even with 2 incomes you would not pay 200k for a house and rent it for 1400 and make money taxes are to high

I live on Hilton Head Island, S.C. our market is insane. Inventory is down over 75% vs last year. Most sales are above asking with the highest % of cash offers ever. It's a geographical wealth shift here with the majority of buyers coming from the north east where our prices (even now) and taxes are a bargain compared to where they're coming from.
