Sana po yung exam ang requirement talaga for Principal 1... Kung hindi require ang passing sa exam, makakapasok yung mga bet ng mga superior. Unfair yun sa mga walang backer.

Dapat pumasa ka sa NQUESH. Pwd nmn mag reclass pero katakot takot ang mga achievement na maging Principal

True. But I guess it is better to take the examination and pass it; in that way you can say that you are really eligible to be in that position.

We are hoping that Deped will issue another memo on this DM 100 and DO 7 for clarification. These are quite confusing on our part as takers. Although it was very clear under DO 7, taking /passing NQESH is no longer a basis for you to get P1 item. it doesn't matter anymore if you passed or failed since Written Exam has only 10% under the criteria. Thankfully DepEd finally arrived at this DO 7 to give all takers a fair square chance not only to focus on the NQESH which is very stressful/discriminatory but also to consider outstanding achievements as SHs.

It's an eligibility like LET, To qualify to become SH.

Para sa akin. Mas gusto ko ang NQESH. Dahil kung walang NQESH, makakapasok ang mga bet ng mga Superior. May kakilala ako nag-apply ng TIC pero hindi pinayagan dahil wala pa raw 3 years as T3. Pero at the same year, may naging TIC na kahit 1 year pa sa T3.

Let them take supervisor's exam also. Craft a Qualifying Examination for Education Supervisor. Challenge them also.

Yes sir, how come that they will lead principals were in SH's are much qualified than them coz they are eligible and most of them ay malakas lang talaga. They should visit the department selection process on 2nd level higher than SG 19.

Some of cayegory B is alsready TICs and HTs but its also unfair for other TICs and HTs who are alteady managing school yet because of limit of takers hindi naka exam. For nquesh they should prioritize to take the exan those already managing school as TICs and HTs and never put limits pwede seguro by batches.

Doc levs, regarding the NQESH 2023, katong mga Category B lang ba ang mga pwede mag exam? or pwede na mag exam katong wala ka exam last year?

hello Sir Ferdinand, they may be prioritized since they already took the examination. But I think this would be open to all since there is a great possibility na e. face to face ang exam para dghan maka join. So start najud ta prepare for the exam. God bless.
