you have to do all the strapping in every single time? makes a 5 minute trip to the store turn into a 3 hour ordeal

He has only used it a few times. With practice, it's much faster and takes about the same amount of time as harnessing a child.

The only backless booster that you are allowed to use with this vest is the one made by the manufacturer, but it's not necessary at all. shop.saferide4kids.com/products/rs-booster-seat
