Yes, it is true that there is no transaction fee for crypto but their crypto prices are different than the other exchanges so they will make up for that difference in the end; so you will pay for it somehow. FYI.

I just got approved! No foreign transaction fees is why I picked this first over the Wells & Citi cards. And after setting up a direct deposit I qualify for 3% cash back on all transactions for my entire first year!

The only disadvantage with this card for crypto is that you cannot withdraw crypto from SoFi directly - you would have to sell it and transfer USD out. So if you just intend to HODL for a long time it is fine. With BlockFi you can withdraw the crypto directly. Anyway, it is still a good card.

The problem is that if you convert to USD to transfer out, you incur a taxable event. That should make SoFi a total no-go for anyone buying bitcoin. You will not be able to self-custody without incurring taxes. If youre just gambling on the shitcoins it may not be a concern to you though, as there is no point in withdrawing those. These brokerages will probably catch up and enable withdrawal within a few years. It's still a new product for most stock brokerages.

Great video shifu. Only two things that would make the card even better and top their competitors is a good sign up bonus ($200-$250) and Crypto Wallets. I own shares of SoFi and I love the company, The CEO, I've been a member of SoFi since 2019.

Can you review the Capital Sparq Business 2% cash back Visa? If you apply for it in a branch there is no annual fee and no hassle of opening up other accounts. You can redeem your 2% cash back the day after it posts as a credit on your Visa. I opened the BOA 2.625% Visa but decided not to use it because it requires depositing $100K into a BOA account and the extra .625% isn't really worth it.

@@Dragon_Fandom187 you are able to go through extra entrances throughout the stadium, theres a SoFI member only area where Players/former players do meet and greets, and at time provide free items

I didn’t get a physical card just shows on my iPhone. I’m glad to know I don’t need to be a specific entrance. I am assuming I look for the vip or Sofi members entrance? can my party and me go in that way? I am the ticket holder?

Cell phone insurance covers the REFURBISHED price of the phone (not the new price). So that latest gen iPhone is closer to $800 than you think.

It makes me so mad I applied for the credit card and was denied because it says unable to verify identity..... What.... I put the same information on all things also I sent information for the credit bureaus to tell them this is my address etc, so idk for the life of me how that happened

This is my main catch all card because of no foreign transaction fee and it’s got a PIN available so you don’t need to bring a debit card to some places in Europe

Its a fine card but mostly only useful for rich people that will drop $10k purchases on the regular. Vs other cards that give 1.5% it takes a lot of spend for that extra half penny to make a difference, especially when you factor in the value of sign up bonuses from other cards. Especially in this current market where you can pretty much identify every spending category that matters to you and find a 3-6% cashback card that will probably come with a $150+ signup bonus.

PayPal Cashback Mastercard was pretty good. It has flat 2% cashback redeemable anytime and also had no foreign transaction fees.

I was skeptical but yeah it is better, nice review. Really the only one I think is better is the navyfed flagship visa at $49 af. Killer SUB, cell insurance, free amazon prime, 3% travel, trip protection, purchase warranty and protection, no ftf's etc. But I understand not everyone can get that. Also, isn't the sofi debit card also 2%?

Debit card is a great for a debit card (can customize it to round up and do some cool things, but not flat cash-back on the *Debit* card)

You forgot something. Sofi does not offer a credit line increase. I was on the wait-list and got the card when it first came out. My "main" card have me 2 increases already without even asking and I'm still on a small limit with sofi. For a Fintech company turned bank, they are pretty slow at implementing this.

Another great advantage of this card is they do a soft pull to show you what credit limit and APR you are approved for. The hard pull only comes after you accept their offer.

Oddly for me, I got a hard Experian pull during the initial rate check part of the application. After filling out the application, the next screen said I was approved. I was never shown a pre-approval offer

@@bobbiemiller745 it’s supposed to be a soft pull pre-qual, and hard pull to accept, but for some reason when I went through the pre-qual back in December it gave me a hard pull before I was shown an approval and details. Either was, this is a very powerful card. It’s a World Elite Mastercard which comes with great benefits. Also, the 2% rewards pays out almost daily if you’re using the card a lot.

@Bobbie Miller see if it will give you a soft pull offer. The most I've heard anyone get approved for was $10k.
