Right about that I just went to the Atlanta Dream vs Indiana Feaver Gm Yesterday in Atlanta.i was wondering what was what because Atlanta Dream got some attractive women on the roster Like Cheyenne Parker she no lesbian at all she just had a baby girl and still with the baby daddy till this day .she is one sexy tall chick 😏
After my D1 college basketball playing career, I contemplated trying out for the WNBA. This was around 2001-02 when the WNBA was in its infancy. One of my college basketball team's assistant coaches, who played in the first-ever WNBA seasons, warned me about how predatory the lesbian players were towards straight players. She encouraged me to try out for a team but to NEVER discuss my heterosexuality and watch out for other players being too "nice." My coach told me that the straight players are constantly harassed and not protected, and the lesbian players relentlessly attempt to "turn out" the straight players. Needless to say, I never tried out for the WNBA, choosing instead to graduate with my bachelor's degree, attend graduate school, and start a career in the private sector where I make twice the amount of money I would have ever made playing in the WNBA.
Good for you for making a good life for yourself....It is unfortunate though that you would have had to put up that sort of treatment for just wanting to play a game you love in a professional setting ....It's amazing how INTOLERANT these so called TOLERANT people are !
Did they take you in the back room? If so, did they try to trade you for a pack of cigarettes? It is an open gym at the Y. It is not for guys to watch a bunch of this trash.
I just left a similar comment. Gayness is what kept me not interested in sports since I was a kid. Remember the book Ball four? It exposed the MLB getting it on in the tour busses between games. I don't care for any body centric activities including weightlifting.
It amazing how many lesbians are in the league. That could be part of the problem why a lot of people are just not into it. I’m glad someone brought this up
I don't think so. It's easy to claim, but I think people re completely turned off by the league/sport before you even start talking about the proclivities of the players. I think the level of play, aesthetics and attitudes of players are judged first. We've lived so long with the assumption that the lion's share of top female athletes are lesbians that we don't really think about it that much. Of course, when it comes to the WNBA, there have also been multiple cases of alleged domestic abuse made against its players by their lesbian partners.
We have to look at their 144 women in the league and not all of them are gay. Stop looking at the WNBA like that . Its just a group of professional women playing basketball and just like everything else in life, we have a little bit of everything. So lets start giving these women respect.
@@cadaclillies if you're replying to me, I'm not being disrespectful. I'm a WNBA fan and very much enjoy watching the games and respect the players. That doesn't mean they aren't human and there aren't issues that need to be addressed among them and in the league.
@@captaineveryman6589 I do apologize if it came out like that. I am just a little hurt on why is this league being sexualize when the other ones are not. I am am happy that you are a fan. I love the league I know that there issues that need to be address . The commisioner and the marketing of the league needs to do more on all types of families, gay straight and whatever. Thank you for being a fan. All my respect to you.
@@cadaclillies I have no clue about the sexual orientation of NBA or NFL players. I just enjoy watching them play. Why should the WNBA be any different? It's because the players and the league HAVE CHOSEN to make it that way.
@@captaineveryman6589 This what I am trying to say why is this specific league being Sexualize when the others are not. This league is 80% afro american. I want to have success just like any other sport. I really dont care who is gay or straight honestly . I just love the game
The fact that neither of them asked Brianna Stewart if she was straight says it all. That was THE most pertinent question, considering the topic, and they blew it.
It's a place to play Basketball, something they love and make money like the men...If some are bullies, they need to be dealt with appropriately to protect others. If you are a lesbian in the WNBA and can't refrain from flaunting it while playing or in the workplace, then you need to be removed. No one is irreplacable.
So a gay woman says she has a more welcoming experience in a league that is accused to be negative towards straight women. Seems to be right. Glad she was able to confirm
Argument fallacy, RG. Because the W is more accepting to lesbian women does not automatically mean that those women, or the league, are hostile toward straight women. Basically all we have is one woman's complaint. Plenty of straight women in the W; I think we'd had heard more of this, if trrue.
@@kurtjohnson3917 apparently not ‘plenty’, if it really is less then 10%. And l can assure you, that if the NBA were to be 10% gay (hey, maybe it is), and someone would comment that there are ‘plenty of gays in the league’, there would be hell to pay.
Let's see what happens to Caitlin Clark, Hailey Van Lith, Cameron Brink, Angel Reese, all of these young ladies coming in are straight women with boyfriends
That’s what’s gonna sell actually a lot of the girls that went to the draft this year are straight lmao. Once the wnba sees femininity will sell they’ll steer clear of them abc community
Man lol 3 years later and it’s fucking worse. They hate Caitlin want her to become an activist the wnba is really a shitty league and this guy video is proving they been a shitty league.
You know, for a league that claims to be promoting "diversity" and "inclusion", the WNBA has to put their money where their mouth is.... Props for Candace Wiggins, for calling out the WNBA for exposing the WNBAs true colors. That's why I tend to look up to the older players like, Lisa Leslie, Katie Douglas, Tamika Catchings, Lindsay Whalen, etc
Can't lie once I got to high school basketball I realized that a lot of the girls on the team weren't there for basketball but instead for some type of sexual/romantic reason.. Almost 3/4 of the girls were lesbian or bi, a couple of them hooked up with each other or with girls from other schools basketball teams, and deadass whenever the team would hang out outside of practice or during school hours they gossiped about who they thought were undercover "dikes" etc. After that I deadass quit basketball after winning defensive player of the year my sophomore season. I also quit because I realize how stupid of a dream it was to go to the WNBA thank God I woke up from that delusion.
@@Dnfdnu Sorry to burst your bubble but there's no credible evidence to support a God in existence anywhere in reality. So you need to wake up from your deep delusional state and come back to reality.
Proof is in the pudding bruh. She got the better treatment cus she liked some tacos and was down for some extracurricular team activity. But the other one gets bashed for being straight and talking about it.
@JayStoneTheMogul Facts. The WNBA is Proof that networks will keep a show on regardless of "numbers" The audience for sports is primarily men and the people dammed and determined to try and force an WNBA audience are just to slow to understand why men dont want to watch a bunch of man-hating lesbians play basketball.
@@resourcenetworksystems9547 Really you have to be kidding me with this comment. Women sports should not be sexualize. no one is telling you to watch. you have made your choice. but to disrespect the woman of the league. not cool at all.
They have mandatory "player wives" similar to female roller derby leagues mandated "derby wives" which is league sanctioned hookups. There's countless stories of coaches committing rampant sexual harassment and straight/married players being driven out of the league entirely. (Look up Nancy Lieberman's time coaching the Detroit Shock for a prime example of how open and rampant this is.)
You made an excellent point. The wnba is so wrapped up in identity politics, the idea of supporting a player in a heterosexual or a heterosexual player getting married is unimaginable. So by default, the perception is, it is a league of lesbians.
I was aware of an aspiring young lady who was interested in the WNBA but because she was straight she knew it would be a difficult road so she studied education, if you are not gay dont bother applying.
No he didn’t make an excellent point, he actually didn’t make any point at all just furthered an idiotic argument started by a disillusioned player that couldn’t cut it. Why did he just bring up one player who was too soft because his argument doesn’t hold water. Why else would he bring up the moronic point that a bigoted NBA player “wouldn’t allow his daughter to play in the wnba” other than there are no facts that support this terrible players narrative.
Yeah they tried to bully Candice Wiggins because they couldn't turn her out. She wasn't going for it. She played a few years, won her a chip and bounced 💯 On a side note. Breanna Stewart looks like Roach from 'The People Under the Stairs" 💯🤷🏿♂️💀
I give FULL Kudos to Candice for speaking out - I wish there were more WNBA players like her, who just wanted to play the game she loved and excelled in, so sad that someone who isnt part of the "flow" has to be treated like that, yet they preach Equality for all, WNBA needs to really up there game if that is to be a truthful statement
I hope the Wnba folds too. I use to watch wnba highlights, but they were just not exciting enough, and after learning how much wnba players complain, bully others and promote lesbian lifestyles I stopped watching it altogether.
Social connection between young men and women has disappeared recently. Stats show alarming non-interest trends where young men are steering away from girlfriends due to new traits exhibited by females. This league emphasizes all of those negative traits that men deplore in the new age women. Independent, aggressive, me-first, tattooed, narcissistic, fluid and lesbian, dismissive, argumentative, woke. Men don’t want to be reminded of the new age woman by watching this product.
Don’t nobody wanna watch the Strap on league. Hints why the league is a negative every yr. Nobody would give a dam if they shut this league down. Who the hell would really care
Some of these women were married to men and all of a sudden they divorced the men and married a woman, Sheryl Swoopes, Candace Parker, and probably others.
Haven't seen Bria Hartley or Dearica Hamby with a Man since they had their kids. I remember Tayler Hill, had a baby then injury. But she was NEVER gonna be given a real opportunity to come back. Teams don't want attractive, straight women on their rosters. Kiki Herbert Harrigan is STILL a tenacious basketball player, but she's a straight, attractive Women. She just hadn't gotten back in 100% shape yet. She should hook up with Cheyenne Parker, Cheyenne came back in the best shape she's ever been in 5-6 months after giving birth. But Atlanta ain't about to get rid of her, she's too Good and established
Yeah I know it's kind of shocking for me too. I didn't know that. Masculine males were out there in the sports talk realm. I thought everybody had gone and vote just like ESPN. We always have to have a extra helping of wokeness for the girls girls, girl power. Yeah it's cute. Yep they're equal. Equal yeah. Anywhere you have lots of lesbians you're going to have these uppity attitudes you're going to have August oversexed aberrant behavior you going to have the straight people ostracized, and the miserable hateful politics of gay activism are going to leak out. That's why you have Megan rapido and Brittany Greer
23:20 chips my man goes off on a tear he says. We don't want to hear about all this gayness on media day. We want to know about any rivalries. If there are any in your 12 team league. Then he goes on to say racism. Lesbianism woquism, but there's no athleticism or capitalism. Indictment of women's NBA and women's sports and their attendant politics that I've ever heard. My brother is all into wn VA. I think he just finds it something amusing and cute to follow, but he too knows that it's a subsidized scrub fest
Because Breanna is now an out & proud lesbian with a whole wife and invitro baby. So this interview with her to refute Candice's accusations and claims looks so incredibly ridiculous now. But it's not like us that actually have followed the league and the sport for decades. This agenda of promoting lesbianism and masculine looking and acting Women. Candice's assessment is completely accurate.
Just because Breanna is married to a woman doesn't mean she's a lesbian. Now, that doesn't mean what Candice said is wrong, but I'm pretty sure when Breanna did that interview she was dating a man...She also said after she married her now wife that she "never thought she would marry a woman, but I fell in love with one." So, I would guess she would define herself as bisexual, or just queer.
Ayyy that last line was a straight bar! “We’re hearing about wokeism, racism, sexism but not hearing about the athleticism” 🙏🏾🙏🏾 great vídeo bro I’m definitely subscribing
Stop generalizing wildly. I'm a heterosexual Christian man. I know other hetero men who went to Notre Dame - who are enlightened and progressive ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YCcJjywj_rA.html Pope Francis embraces and welcomes gay people - I'm very greatful for this Pope. Yes, I too have friends in their 50s and older who are annoyed at all the "woke" people in the world - But that generation of people is getting older... becoming more dinasaurs. They are retiring soon. You are not stopping this train of progress by trying to bring America back into the stone ages - Ever since Obama was elected, which is now 14 years ago, there are millions and millions of enlightened people who have grown to respect gays as human beings - and not treat them as freaks. Everyone commits sin - if you are not one of those who commits the sin of being gay, good for you. But you don't have to point out or focus on that sin in other people .... that's for those people to believe in or repent for that sin (if they choose or want to). Focus on reforming your own sins - your intolerance. Your impatience. Your mistreatment - everyone commits some type of sin. Supporting the WNBA does not mean you are "promoting lesbianism " etc. 5 or more of the best college players all are straight right now - and they'll be entering the WNBA when the league probably expands in a couple years: Paige Bueckers. Caitlin Clark. Aliyah Boston. Haley Van Lith. Cameron Brink. Haley Jones. Then Azzi Fudd the year after.... It shouldn't matter to anyone what their sexuality is - but all of them are probably straight - and some are openly Christian. Jesus would not condemn anyone socially for choosing to be gay or for identifying as being gay since birth, or for "Switching" like Candace parker from hetero to a homosexual life: Jesus would love them all, welcome and invite them to live heterosexual lives ... but ultimately be as one breaking bread, dining with them and giving them the power to choose their own lives. It doesn't mean they'll go to Heaven being gay but Jesus would not disinvite anyone - he sat and welcomed prostitutes, leppers and tax collectors to eat with him. A number of my friends who are against all the "woke"ness are actually bigots - I like them as people for the most part.... but even their daughters (who are adults now) don't agree with their dads> That breed is becoming not extinct but dying out more and more.
I don't even like using the term' Woke. Because it's actually a pejorative term - Its not used in a way thats respectful or what it actually means: That you are awakened to the progress in the world. Bigots and obstinate people who refuse to evolve use it in an insulting way. So I don't like using that word. To ackowledge that homoexuals for decades/centuries were bullied - and yes victimized (though you can never use this word victim anymore without inspiring a ton of contempt), or to recognize that the NFL lied for decades about CTE and the effects of big hits on your brain, or to acknowledge that abuse of our environment by the petroleum industry was contributing strongly to huge environmental disasters. .... All these acknowledgments are not wrong- they are supported by science. But a ton of the bigots in the world are angry about it - and won't let the facts get in the way of hating the people involved in those progressive movements. This is what the Love of Jesus Christ is all about - being able to be one with all types of people in the world... so we can all work towards union with God and compliance with the Gospel/word of God. It's not "Soft" - it 's actually VERY hard to live a progressive life full of respect for others. It's a lot easier going back to the old days of bullying / harrassing people who are not like you - anyone who doesn't conform to preppy polo Ralph Lauren/Vineyard Vines/ BrooksBrothers/ ToriBurch/ Kate Spade/ Patagonia/ Lululemon wearing lifestyles... America is NOT about being rich/ millionaires - re- read the Constitution if you think that's what America is about. There is nothing in the 1st 3 things mentioned in the COnstitution that's about making lots of profit: It talks about "to form a more Perfect Union, to provide for the Common Defense, to promote the General welfare" Notice: It says "General" not private welfare of the elitist/ well to do.

As a retired guy, l'm more than pissed if bullying is widespread in the WNBA. The main reason is if a guy is talking to another guy about how sexy so and so looks in that skirt, and our conversation is overheard by someone other than the woman we are talking about, we could lose our jobs if this woman files a 'hostile environment' charge against us...yet the league is turning a blind eye to harassment or bullying if it is true... If a couple of gay guys in the NBA harrassed another player and that offended player filed a complaint, the NBA would be on it so fast, it would make you faint... A hostile environment in the work place should be dealt with swiftly, no matter the profession... As a former Washington Mystics season ticket holder for about 4seasons l used to bristle at how males seemed to love labeling the league but will argue to death if someone were to say there are many gay men in the NFL or NBA... Wonder how they would feel if their daughter was labeled even though they were NOT GAY. Touche'
I used to have some gay friends back in uni, and they always bully me, playfully of course, but still was annoying. In fact, even in high school, the gay guy would just throw hands in my face out of nowhere, and bare in mind I'm 5´11, taller and bigger than most, but I had to left that guy hit me sometimes, then he would start crying without reason, then some guy just kick the shit out of him, it was sooo cringe. My point is: putting in a position of power, gay people will bully you and we have to deal with that
It would have been better if they interviewed Sheryl Swoopes instead of Brianna, Swoope was straight, gay and now straight again, so her insights would have been far more accurate than Brianna's.
THATS BEEN QUITE OBVIOUS FOR THE LONGEST TIME. THE BETTER QUESTION WOULD BE HOW DOES THIS LEAGUE GET AWAY WITH SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF THE FEW STRAIGHT WOMEN IN THE WNBA. THE NBA WOULD NOT ALLOW STRAIGHT MEN IN THEIR LEAGUE TO BE SEXUALLY HARASSED.
You can't deny how the culture appears to affect women. A lot of young ladies not seeming to be gay until they've been in the league a few years then switching over to dating and marrying women? Its been going on since its start. Sheryl Swoopes, Candice Parker and I'm sure there have been many others.
Its like that in mens league too. A lot of men seeming to be straight have came out. Most of the time its after playing. Its not as excepted in men sports but it happens. A major soccer player just came out while still playing. An NBA player came out, he never saw the court again. Gay women in every sport. We concentrating on WNBA but Whats the percentage of lesbien in every team sport. Guarantee over the last 20 years in all walks of life theres more lesbien or bi women than ever before. Not counting the new so called non binary.
Dearica Hamby has a child but ain't been seen with a guy since. Nneka Ogwumike? Erica Wheeler all up under Te'a Cooper in LA trying to turn her out.Women like Nneka, Dearica, Monique Billings, Kiah Stokes, Gabby Williams, Victoria Vivians (beautiful, attractive Female coming out of Mississippi State now a full fledged lesbian). Examples of attractive Women that have always been attractive enough to pull a Men bur are immersed in the lesbian culture of the WNBA. I hope & pray they don't my Girl Aj'a Wilson out. Because Chelsea Gray really pushes the lesbian culture in Las Vegas in a real slick way (check her out in their little pregame sessions before the game, she's always head & eye level close to some woman's behind)
She spoke the truth …they know the bullying is taken place throughout the league …it needs to be said 😢😢😢😢 if the league is majority lesbians why deny it 🤷🏿♀️
What a genius joke! Why didn't anyone else think of that? Clever! Cuz what you're saying is, a lot of players in the W are lesbians, bi, etc. Brilliant! So now that you made this joke, all of those women will now be straight! Praise Jesus!
If anyone played a sport then you know how easy it is to notice someone who swings a different way and to also see how quick the sharks are to swarm. It takes the bigger person to step up and stop that ish from happening to let people be who they wanna be, especially in a sports setting, to help the team. I never got in trouble in school, but when I did it was for beating bullies as***.
The first year the league came out I was told that 95% of the league, including coaches and the WNBA organization, and this came from a straight player. She was forced out the league because she wasn't gay. Her high school teammate , who wasn't as good as she was, lasted about 3 to 4 years in the league. One thing the television didn't record or point to, is that in the stands were mostly lesbian couples. I noticed that no one wanted to give a number or percent of the gay players. It's clearly over 90%.
wowwww that's so sad! so I guess in order to be be allowed in the wnba you need to be a liberal, homosexual! and the funny thing is that liberals claim to be "inclusive".. Now the story you shared about the straight player who was excluded reminded me of the Christian woman ( Jaelene Daniels) who was excluded from the U.S. women's soccer team because she refused to wear a tshirt that promoted homosexuality. Those lesbians are bullies!! but you know what's ironic? at some point these lesbians will be replaced by "transwomen" .... after all, liberals see nothing with "transwomen" competing in women's sports! and it's not a secret that "transwomen" are always destroying women in sports.
@@Dah42 The players name was Tina Nicholson and she was the starting guard for the Cleveland Rockers I think. The team waited until the day before (where you could be signed to a league roster) and dropped her ensuing not being able to play on any team that season. This was done intentional and on purpose to punish the Penn State coach who didn't keep lesbians on her team( this was theorized to me). I stopped watching then and never looked back.
This is why I’ve been saying if they wanna make a huge change and put all this lesbian talk to rest and at the same time make the wnba a little more exciting is make half the teams straight and the other half all lesbians. And they will find out quick that there’s barely enough to make one team of straight women tbh lol 😂 But hey if there is only one straight team screw it make that one team and watch that one team of straight women dominate the whole league cuz they are all about competing to win titles while the rest of the lesbian teams are competing on who’s gonna be with who next
I have season tickets to Las Vegas Aces and that's complete cap .... facts the has many lesbian women but they have many heterosexuals as well. The stands in Vegas are mostly families with their kids. Adults can make their own decisions and live their lives. The league is noore than 50% gay in my opinion.
I agree with wiggins but to be fair , the league is mostly gay bs of the basic nature of the sport . By design , a woman who would spend the amount of her time and personally investment in the fundamentals of basketball is more than likely going to be a bit on the masculine side anyway . Basketball is a ruff game and it takes thousands of hours to even get good at skills like dribbling , shooting and rebounding ... and these skills do not even cove the conditioning it takes to run up and down the court for long periods of thim while playing offense and defense . these female were raised on the court playing with men 95% of there lives . Most hetero women DO NOT spend their youth doing that or even identify with the normal things that most regular women are interested in . So the ones that progress in this sport are almost always going to be gay . It is a natural progression and not an agenda based thing where there is a deliberate mind set to promote lesbianism . women who are interested in shopping or makeup or doing domestic things are normally not interested in banging under the boards for a rebound or boxing out a 6 foot 3 jump shooter in a half court set .
Brianna Stewart's body language, facial expressions and voice tone during her interview gave away the fact that she was sooooooo uncomfortable discussing Candace Wiggins comments. The WNBA chose a white feminine female player with a soft voice tone to speak on their behalf in this interview. They forgot to bring up the fact that she is a lesbian hence she cannot put herself in Candace's shoes nor comment.
I probably could’ve called this when I heard a guy say he took his daughter to a WNBA game and had to leave early because she was being cat-called by players. If I remember correctly the daughter was significantly underage.
because when women are together for too long.and theirs no men in their Area.they start to draw attraction for each other.it’s kind of like gay men in jail.men in jail get raped by other men because theirs no women available.the masculine men look for the most feminine male in their.
Not gonna lie, if you bully the best players coming out of college for who they choose to sleep with, don't complain when they take their talents elsewhere leaving you high and dry
A lot of the WNBA players come into the league from college already gay have seen the WNBA draft this year 2022 you can dame near point out the ones who are gay some of them wasn’t even trying to hiding it . The WNBA is a league of lesbians and that’s why the league is in the position it’s in right now , men are the main supporter of sports period men are not supporting women sports were the women are attractive to each other .
It would fail in attendance , and tv ratings$$$ ...also the bisexual females in the league would lose all credibility with their male friends/ sex partners / family members and the real religious woke decent community !
With so man lesbian star players, executives and coaches, and relationships between coworkers wonder is sexual harrassment and coverups, aren’t also an issue, not just hostile environments.
I LOVE the pic of the marriage proposal....I can only imagine what was said there...." will you marry me ...I wanna be able to vacuum that carpet or swiffer that floor whenever .....
Apparently, they did this shit to Skylar diggings too. She struggled with certain things in the beginning of her career. I love watching the wnba, so this is disappointing to hear.
What is being said here is not true. Candance Wiggins was writing a book then after being with the league over 8 years she makes all of these complains . give me a break. I watch the WNBA I dont care who is what. I just like the game,
You watch the WNBA lmfao why to watch them miss layups air balls failure to be athletic lol the WNBA is a dumpster fire bank rolled by men in the NBA as a write off so the real league the NBA gets a tax credit
That is not true. Skylar is a very out spoken Woman. this would of been all over the place. I never heard that. all I have to say is you dont like the WNBA this is up to you. but stop disrespecting the women of the league on he said she said. You dont do that to the men. I remember the early days when the WNBA formed and I was watching a little because I was a UConn fan and wanted to see them play further. The league promoted its best looking players at the time, I assume to attract the male audience and erase the butch lesbian stigma. Turned out this was a fraudulent marketing scheme. And I believe they pressure and turn women to that lifestyle i.e. candice parker was married to man left him now married to a women. I am tired of this agenda. The league ruins itself by focusing too much on their ultra liberal, woke Lesbian agenda and always putting the spotlight on old lesbians Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird, and other obnoxious lesbians like Breanna Stewart, Courtney Williams, Natasha Cloud, Ariel Powers, Angel McCouhgtrey, Candace Parker. Couples all over the league, Courtney Vandersloot and Allie Quigley, the fiasco that was Brittney Griner and Glory Johnson, Candice Dupree and Dewanna Bonner, Candace Parker cheating on her husband at the time (Shelden Williams) with a woman, Natasha Howard, Riquana Williams, Sheryl Swoopes relationship with her Assistant Coach!!!! The Courtney Williams fiasco, and utter embarrassment to the league, couple Jasmine Thomas and Natisha Hiediman.
I'm thinking they might be able to increase the league revenues by producing a day time Soap Opera show. Even if it was crappy it would be at least as good as that slug slow trash they put on the court. Could work.
