Great Video Scott. Shmicko! Just one thing.. When testing wheels on grass in future, can you please come to a full stop on grass. Then show us how the wheels grip on a grass re-start. E.g I can get over large sections of grass on a stock exway flex hub if I hit the grass with momentum. It's no chance of any standing start though.
Nice review. One thing I would love to see is a re-visit of the Exway Atlas. Is it still a competitor? Pros and cons? Preferably 2WD since I think 4WD has too many negatives.
Nice review and all aspects are mentioned. Your video will definitely help people to know more about AT2. And I have to say, your editing skill is great!
1st of all: amazing quality review, nice edit, good camera positioning and very clear audio, really apreciate that. 2nd: i very detailed info, answered every question i had. best review on this board so far. you sold me on this and will be using your link, this board seem like it will handle yhe bad roads of Sudan nicely, wish you all best scott .and hope you do the range test with the 7'" wheels. but also looking forward for the cloud wheels update.
Solid board, very strong competitor to evolve especially considering the price. And amazing review, as always. Keep at it and the channel will grow a lot, the cinematography is right on point 6:01 LMAO
Thanks mate yes I agree it’s a really well made board. Thanks for your kind words I really want to make informative info but with some nice footage as well. Cheers for watching !!
@@scottdaviesyoutube thank you for your answer, I'm more interested in speed and range! TRX 2.0 looks preferable . Do trx 2.0 engines overheat after a long trip?
HI Scott, nice review. I already have a Verreal F1 board for the normal summer days on smooth bike paths. I want a an all terrain cum winter wheel for the extreme weather, crap roads & such. I saw your review of the Ecomobl ET (now on sale for $999 shipped) & like it esp with the built-in lights & all. Would you recommend that Ecomobl ET or this Wowgo AT2? TIA
Great review I’ve always want to go to Australia to surf. What would you rate this product once you’ve ridden it had it, had in your hands, and quality. 1 out of 10. I’m about ready to buy one but reluctant. Honest review
No clue why this was in my recommendation bc I can’t even stand with two feet on a board lol get the wobbles. Either way I stayed the entire time wondering if it’s an actual thing to call a board a “d*ck” and talking about how many inches it is? 😂 or did I hear that wrong?
Nice review and I’m definitely looking forward towards the range test! I’m voting for the use of cloudwheels in that one. I’m looking to buy a new board for this season and it’s between AT2 and the Eovan GTS at the moment, what would be your opinion between those two? Thanks!
Also had the same question... Thanks for putting it out Swoora and for the answer m8😁👍 Them Eovan it is!! Really like the specs of that board, but sometimes even specs can let you down. Will just wait in the new Onsra before ordering though... Should come any day now!
Cool that you reviewed the AT2. I got one mid Oct, my first board, and it has been really awesome. Has way more power than I need. Braking seems good to me. Given the rough roads where I live and all the debris falling off trees year round, AT wheels felt like a must. I feel like the flex makes it easier to ride, that and the AT wheels, makes it a pretty nice platform to learn on. I've also had fun trying out the cloudwheels and some inexpensive 97mm PU. All have been really fun. If the conditions are ideal the 97s are cool for carving, otherwise I like the AT. I've also been trying it on local dirt trails. I didn't expect to be able to do that but the AT wheels can handle it. It's my first and only board so I don't have that much basis to compare but I don't really see a downside. I was prepared for trouble but wowgo support has been really good.
Another great video as always Scott. Thanks for your work! Are there any other boards youve tested with comparable decks to the AT2? Comparable in regards to the flexiness. Thanks!
Hi Scott!! As always killer video!! I ordered the AT2 last August and finally came the end of October. I absolutely love my WOWGO AT2!! When I saw your video clip last night saying about todays AT2 review i could not wait to see what your thoughts were. I am glad you like as much as I do! I've put this board through the test in all weather and has not failed me. Thank you WOWGO!! And many many thank yous to you Scott for all you do!! You are the man!!! Stay safe my friend!
Hey Loren, Depends on your weight & needs The AT2 is fantastic especially if your under 100kg, good basic AT board with a really really nice deck, The TRX is good if you want over 40kph and are on the 90kg+ size Both are good decision
@@scottdaviesyoutube I weigh 185 LBS. I ride in the city venice beach... i like to carve i mat like to do some offroad eventually my plantar fasciitis and metatarsalgia have been killing my 50 yr old feet on 10 to 20 mile rides with my manual kick longboards I ride a loaded and a an arbor i like to feel the road but if i keep up kicking old school i wont be able to even walk soon. PLEASE ADVISE, my budget is right around $1,000 to $1,200 US. I am not stuck on these two options, however my research tells me these may be good choices. I was even thinking about trying to get one used, hopefully if I go with used the IP 55 rating will be ok, as i dont want batteries which have been burnt out. Maybe a IP 65 rated would be a better choice for used board.
@@scottdaviesyoutube right on... i really appreciate your fast response, i subscribed and became a member as well, enjoy the coffee. maybe we can chat it up a bit before i purchase. Also do you know of any reputable spot to get a preowned board in the states.
Been debating if I should get this board. I already own Ownboard Carbon & Bamboo with airless AT tires but considering buying their pneumatic tires. Would you say Wowgo AT 2 brakes are stronger then Ownboard? How about the torque compare to the Ownboard? Thanks for your time.
Hey does this AT board have the smart turn on feature? Has the wheels had a flat yet? Also do you think they will have an option to upgrade the battery to 12s? I like hobby wing and the only reason i didn't get this board yet is the battery . I'm not much of a customizing type of guy for vesc
Nice video!! And great scenes Scott! I'm wondering if other Abec or Kegel pulleys will fit the board for 'normal' street wheel setups. Because these days it's all about Cloudwheels and AT wheels, but one of the advantages of belt drive is you can change to your favorite wheels and that's being neglected om many boards
Great detailed review. Answered the question I had which was not detailed on wowgo site or other reviews. The width of the deck! So important when you have big feet. Thank you. Scott did you have any wheel wobbles at high speed? Earlier reviews identified this issue. Suggesting this could be due to pneumatic tyres needing to be balanced same as car tyres are. Would be great if resolved.
Awesome review man!!!! Really gave me an even better idea of what the board is like and you've explained all thing well, I cant wait for the range test!!! keep up the good stuff and keep improving!!!!!!
I've been seriously considering one of these but the main purpose would he for using on off road mountain trails. I've not see much information on proper off roadimg capabilities. And also how well would it handle serious hill climbs off road?
Hey man, great review... I’m looking for an AT board to get me to n from my local parks for Recreational tree climbing. I will have a somewhat heavy pack with me... So far it’s either this board or Eovan carbon pro... Any thoughts? Thanks!, from south Tampa Florida
Mate if you can afford the Eovan Carbon, 100% get that with 6 or 7” wheels, The battery alone being a 12S4p is awesome plus the big motors and the Vesc are all positives I have one and have been ridding it now for two weeks, video will Be out soon
@@scottdaviesyoutube Thank you sir; it is a little more than I wanna spend but probably worth it in the long run...I have some cool ideas about hauling that climbing gear.... I’ll share those with you later. Thanks again
Great review! Begrudgingly pulled the trigger on purchasing the board the other day... Was hoping that cloudwheels on my Zealot would be just enough, but was barely better with bumps than stock wheels and a worse carving experience. Exway’s new Atlas has weak motors, so getting the quad motor setup is at minimum $1700+ USD. With own board being the only real competition at this price it’s a no brainer to get the AT2 as the quality for the price is unbeatable
@@scottdaviesyoutube can’t wait, thankfully have something to ride during the sea shopping. Jealous of your scenery on rides, some gorgeous architecture and smooth sidewalks you have other there! Loved the production value of your intro 💪🏼
Actually realllly ooks like a nice board ! Use the AT wheels for your range test , i would personally be interested in this setup.. Only thing holding me back from ordering from China is : After service ! Being ZERO i think. Have you ever seen the Flux Motion (monster) from Belgium ? This is "around the corner" from me , it's another price-range / class but you might find it interesting to trie someday ;-)
Would like to see the distance test on the 120s I'm looking into this board for a commuter, and being a bigger guy(250lbs) glad to see someone heavier than a wet bag riding a board for real world tests
@@scottdaviesyoutube my apologies. Go figure it happens right as a customer walks in forgot to pause. Watching this at work and had to start and stop and skipped right over it🤦♂️. Thank ya sir🤙
I reckon this will be one of the best AT boards of 2021. Looks awesome too. Another great review Scotty 👍 maybe do separate distance tests with the pneumatic tires and street wheels
Scott I appreciate your solid reviews! One question do you like the BiBuff or the AT 2 better? Okay so maybe 2 questions...which has the better range? Hope I'm not putting you on the spot. Personally I like the look of the AT 2 better but really struggling to make a choice. Thanks for the info!
@@scottdaviesyoutube thanks for the quick response 👍 . It seems to be getting harder to pick a board bc they're all so good! I'm looking forward to your range test of the. BiBuff! Thanks, Will
All Depends on your ride style and roads, I love. Cloud wheels, BUT, if a pneumatic all-terrain tyre is available I would choose that every time. The cloudwheel will give you better range but the all-terrain pneumatic is a lot smoother and can transition from road to grass and dirt a lot better
Hmmmmm, now that’s a big question. BIBUFF Stiff deck but fast. Wowgo, 63 motors BIBUFF 12S4P 21700 Cells Wowgo, 2in 1 with cloudwheels Really all comes down to your preference of deck (Flex or Stiff)
Excellent and recent review. Just ordered mine and can't wait. Was about to buy an evolve but this is so much more affordable even with exchange being in Canada. I only weigh 68 kilo (150lbs) pretty stoked this thing should accelerate and brake way harder but it still looks fast with you on it! 1700 Cad to the door with a set of 120mm cloud wheels and the inflatable ones and individual gearing. Comparable evolve board is literally 1000 dollars more with only 1 set of wheels. Hard to justify. Thanks for review.
@cakemuscles I was thinking seriously to by exacly the same package as you. I'm from Québec , Canada. Please let me know how's your buying experience. Is there any hiden duty fee to import ?

Nice review !! I agree 12s battery would be much better , it would give more torque more brakes and shorter charging time . boards over 800$ should all come with 12s .
Not only that. Putting 6368 motors then limiting it to 10S battery doesn't make sense especially since they already used 30Q cells. I would buy it in an instant if they swap to 12S3P 40t cells even for 100-200$ more.
Hi Scott.. Great vids dude love the editing. Cant make my mind up between the Evolve GTR Carbon or the Eovan GTS Carbon. Would be my first esk8 any input would be appreciated. Did you have to pay import tax on the Eovan and how long does it take to arrive? I'm a bit worried about buying an overseas brand in case of any issues and having to get parts from overseas
Hi mate, The BIG plus got evolve is on shore support; that said these things aren’t hard to fix / maintain (if can do it anyone can) As for import tax, no nothing extra to pay as Eovan uses a shipping agent, they cover all costs and deliver to your door. Now, my choice wound be the Eovan Carbon. (I actually just got one and I’m loving it ) The 12S4P battery with the Panasonic cells is awesome, paired with the VESC is insane, I did 19km the other night (mainly steep hills at the end I still had 70% battery showing and the GTR (bamboo) had 13% As for if things go wrong, Eovan uses DHL to ship parts out and are bloody fast, Plus the owner is almost always on line (Instagram) for a chat. Hope this helps (use my code for a discount) and feel free to dm me On Insta if you have more Qs
@@scottdaviesyoutube Thanks Scott really appreciate the fast response!! That's everything I needed to know. Have been doing a lot of research and although i think the Evolve Carbon looks better (from the pictures - haven't seen either in the flesh) , cant go past the better battery on the Eovan. And knowing me I will go through ten of them flimsy remotes dropping them haha Dont use Instagram but might have to get with the times haha thanks again - will definitely be using the discount code !!!
@@scottdaviesyoutube Hi Scott, Got one last question before I pull the trigger on the Eovan .. Do you know if it's water resistant at all? Just worried about getting stuck in the rain & frying the VESC Thanks
@@jculleno hi mate, Yes it is quite water resistant as it’s 1 nice solid piece of carbon fibre underneath The top has the batter opening but that also has a good seal around the inside edge. If you ever get caught in the rain I recommend you stand the board up to allow any wanted sitting on the deck or under the grip to run off But yes the Eovan can handle a puddle or two
Nothing against you mate, but i can't see all these Evolve-clones and "Evolve-style" boards anymore .... 🥱 Evolve should finally bring something new to the market. Then the chinese also have something new to clone! 🤣😂
Hey Scott! I am loving your reviews and right now in the states the Wowgo AT2 with upgraded battery is just over 1K at holiday pricing. Now that more boards have come out and you've had time with other boards; would you still spend your money on the AT2? Thanks!
Hello mate Actually no, right now I’d get the new Balrog from B-one feels as nice as the AT 2 but faster and more power and more range. Check my video out it’s a awesome board plus I have a $150 discount code
