It will be back to the way it was soon. It won’t happen fast but it will happen eventually. And when it does make sure to appreciate every second of it
@@setiajithegreat that traveling thing won't happen that soon, all the "shithole" countries don't have the ressources to vaccinate. But at least friends and shit
They legit are too crowded tho. I do bike deliveries in the city, generally in Manhattan but the Bronx as well, and no matter how tired I am I hardly ever opt to take the train home because depending on the time/the part of the city where you get on to the train it's unlikely that I will find a car that's empty enough that I can take my bike without also encroaching on other people's space
About 1 year ago I watched this video and 2 months after that I bought a Super73. Took me that long to do research and compare to other bikes that were out at the time. I'm glad I came across this video when I did. Thanks Casey.
i saw this bike about a 2 month ago from another youtuber and I fell in love with it. I immediately looked up more videos about it and came across your video about a month ago. I love how excited you where about it and how much it made you smile. I always heard your name on other videos that I have seen and everyone always had nothing but nice things to say about you but for some reason I never looked you up. So this is the first video ever saw of you. I have been watching your videos since and I see why now why everyone says so many nice things about you. You are inspiring and always motivating not just to get out and do what you love but to be kind. You are a child at heart and I hope you never lose that. Btw I can't go a day with out watching this video at least 4 times a day. My birthday is tomorrow and my husband gave me an early birthday present and it's this amazing bike. I don't drive and I'm always on my little ol' beach cruiser but now I'm going to rocking the streets with this bad boy. I'm gonna be the cool ol' lady in town (I hope LOL) Hopefully that doesn't titter people off from getting this bike. LOL
In Netherlands the e-bike is a normal transport now. Great for replacement for your car. Also cheaper, because in the netherlands we pay a lot for parking in the big city and fuel/tax. Love the onewheel btw!! My wife loves that board.
That smile tho...I know the feeling I got to test the RX before I bought it when I was down in LA for my birthday week. The company is super dope, everyone is down to earth and it's a great American brand with a super cool community. For sure a great commuter for those living in the city vibes and such.
John Doe yeah, until that someone realizes it’s NOT worth more than 1 grand. Let me ask you @John Doe... did you order one? Do you know of anyone personally who did order one? Thought so.
As a Bicycle Builder myself, what annoys me the most about this Bike is the seat hight. The Distance between the seat and the pedals is far too small. If you use this bike with the pedals, the movement is not very practical and you can`t really use the strenght in your legs. This Thing needs an adjustable seat.
I ride 32 miles to work on an ebike and I love it. However I have to manage the out put to get the bike this far with assistance and would love to have a go at the super 73 as the rande seems to be a lot better. Also it looks cool.
If you want an ebike that looks like a road bike, yes I agree it looks good. Also it would make a good sleeper bike if you could take the 15mph restrictor off it in the UK. However to standout, super 73
What I like is precisely that, it is cool but still looks like a normal bike, so less people looking at it.. The super 73 reminds me a lot to the Buzzraw of Coastal Cycles, I think they were the firsts doing that style of ebikes/motorcycles
Lockdown, missing the children after 6months or so as I don't live with them and this vlog made me order the Super 73 s2 and what a bike, hard work to get them too sort anything but it's worth the money. I've since came off a few times and awaiting to have my shoulder pinned but it hasn't stopped me!
The bicycle looks great! What about security and theft? There is a Dutch brand of electric bicycles which has a 'smart' version connectable to your smart phone. It also has a built in GPS tracker and should it get stolen, the company deploys a recovery team to locate and bring the bicycle back. In the event they don't bring it back, the bicycle will be replaced free of charge. I have one and love it! This is a big selling point for me and other people.
@@theportuguesewineexperienc5235 thank you! Just checked out their site they have a new one coming out at the end of the year that looks sick af. I appreciate the recommendation bro!
This video is so good 🔥 I feel like I’ve been watching endless vids of boring cookie cutter reviews of electric bikes and mopeds in my search before I purchase, and finally stumbled across something that actually gets me excited about a product. Seriously……… well done, also makes me want to go back to NY
Te'Jean Florestal my dude you literally just proved my point with that quote. Like I said although 6' isn't really all that tall it's the cut off for what can be even considered tall whereas 5'11 is literally the average height
I recommend getting a good full suspension MTB, you can still use it as a normal road bike or something but you can also ride trials with it which you should definitely try out
A top tip from an actual biker: use a helmet. Always. And its actually cheaper and more ergonomic to buy a citybike with an electric motor. They have the same top speed.... Or just get a MTB or a roadbike much more fun! And faster
@@hendrikdependrik1891 it doesnt really weight much and it may be bulky but for long rides it's better than getting knocked down by a stray car and cracking your skull against the asphalt without a helmet
Mr Robot yeah, but the you need a license and you're required to drive like a real motorcycle. So no good at all. The point of this bike is that is a bike like any other that is also electric.
I had an original CAT 350SS built in 1970 and it was basically the bike that yours was based on. I restored it and gave it a similar white on black paint scheme. It was stolen from my friends shop and Ill never get over it.
casey i love your videos and i dont want this to come out bad, but that bike is really bad for ur knees. while it might be an amazing short-term solution, you might want to think about the long term effects! i can imagine tho with 35 mile range ur not using ur legs too much in which case it definitely wont have as much of an impact as i think. ALSO! keep up the amazingly inspiring work!
This bike is perfect for the “older” generation. I tried the boosted board, and it is great. But it is a little too unstable for anyone who’s not used to riding a skateboard. And it is definitely too jittery for older people / people with slower coordination. Something with the stability of a bike, and the longevity of an electric car is ideal for cities where driving is not ideal. Can they send me one? I won’t even ask for one for my wife! 😝
Viva Frei i feel you. I want the boosted still for the sake of the thrill but the bike is definitely much safer and something i grew up using more than i did a skateboard
New subscriber. Really like your videos. Randomly seeing old videos come up in my youtube feed, so no order of the ones I am watching. With that said, and being a moto guy, I am really intrigued by all your toys....boost boards, and now this super73 bike. Sadly, they are all really expensive for what they are....or I am cheap...or both.
Lived in China for 4 years. Had a decent yadi scooter. Loved it, missing it, was the best way getting around in Nanjing. Nice review of a cool bike Casey 👍🏻
Over $2000 but: No insurance (80-300 a month) No gas (100- 300 a month) Little to no maintenance ( for a car 400 or 500 every 6 to 12) probably faster than a car (in NYC and other dense cities) The cost of a good used car (4000- any amount really)
Thats why they the government dont want this they want there money you can squeeze thru cars go faster locally its an investment like you said you save alot of money over the years the repairs like every other year thats it
Dank Nug couldn’t agree more, after watching this video I still am asking myself is it worth $2k since I feel like I don’t really know anymore about the bike than I did when I started watching the video, how about some technical info next time, “look at me” videos aren’t helping me make a decision
I reckon it’s cooler, electric skateboards are a bit weak.. so are electric bikes, but this one just sorta looks like a small motor bike with pedals, rather then a bike with a motor
I love this ! I’m fan of bicycles but this thing looks and feels different, and obviously a lot of thought has been put into its design and function. I would have loved to have see some suspension, I mean, not all of us have the luxury of riding on slick roads. And before you go on contemplating the price, a mid tier full mechanical road or mountain bike costs just as much, if not more. I think something simple like this could take off in countries like Egypt or India, much quieter, more environment friendly than scooters and the wide tires would give it an edge over uneven roads, than let’s say, a regular electric mountain bicycle. Suspension it please 🙏🏻
Overpriced garbage made in in China but assembled in Irvine CA. These bikes are terrible vanity objects . For the same price you can a high torque Surron which is a real bike with proper wheels and electronics , proper suspension . Anyone who buys a Super73 has obviously had a lobotomy or cannot see past the hype and ridiculous shiny marketing on IG
Looks really cool but you never mentioned how it charges? Where the battery is? How long a charge takes? Some things people might need to know for a decision to be made :)
Battery is on the top bar mimicking a gas tank. Charger is stand alone which means you can take it with you. It probably recharges in about 3 to 4 hours.

The ban isnt targeting ppl who own them. Its ride sharing apps like lime/lyft that offer them - if you have thousands of idiots tooling around a city on rental electric bikes it can cause legit traffic and safety issues. Look up the scooter madness in san fran its insane
@@elgato6457 dude and people dont know how to ride them and leave them everywhere, makes cities look like shit and as someone who walks I have been hit a few times
There are better ways to address those other issues than banning the things. If people are making the city look like sh!t this way, they’re making it look like sh!t in other ways. An abandoned rental scooter is inconvenient but unless they reach a certain scale, it’s not that bad.
It’s “Tech Review Tuesday”. *On a Wednesday* [edit] I hope everyone appreciates that this is meant as a good-natured joke, reference to the Lego movie, and not any form of serious criticism :-)
Well Casey here I am, drawn to your intensity and drive to make "368" reality from your minds eye, this also true for me and "Franiworks", a multimedia dream that can be one awesome platform for minority writers, film makers, Vlogers, and much more. Knowing that the crawl is way longer than the walk tells me to keep on keeping on. You have New York and I dream of going home to San Francisco, who knows maybe a Bay Area 386 in San Fran or Oktown. The point is keeping it real, keeping it fresh, "Never looking back darling, it distracts from the now" like Edna says. Time to "GO, FIGHT, WIN"......... and never ride a Booster-board w/a cape!
