Is this CAKE?! Green Tea Flavored Soju Bottle Cake

Hey guys I’m back with another video! Some of you may have seen ‘Coke Bottle Cake’ videos on RU-vid which were quite popular. I really wanted to try that technique, but wanted to give it a Korean twist so I made a Soju bottle cake! Soju is the no.1 alcohol sold in Korea and it is famous for its iconic green bottle. Well, green? I had to make it green tea flavored. This cake just made to crack up anytime I looked at it so I hope you enjoy watching how I made it. See you next week!

=INGREDIENTS=
☆Green tea cake: Box cake mix, 10g green tea (matcha) powder (sieve in with the cake mix)
**Bang the pan on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles before you bake it.
☆Green tea chocolate: 300g white chocolate, 10g green tea powder (Save the rest for the ganache and when putting the pieces together.)
**Coat the chocolate thick enough so it doesn’t break when you take it out of the mold.
**The shell will come out easy if you chill the shell in the fridge for long enough.
☆Green tea ganache: 100g green tea chocolate, 70g heavy cream, 40g butter (This recipe turned out to be a little runny to reduce the cream to about 50~60g to get a thick consistency.)
**Put it in the microwave for 10 sec intervals if it doesn’t mix smoothly.
☆Green tea cream: heavy cream, sugar (about 5% of the amount of cream), green tea ganache (Adjust the amount to your liking.)
**Add the ganache when the cream is about 80% whipped. If you whip the cream to stiff peaks and then mix in the ganache, the cream might separate.
