@Vero E lol no way. It starts inside and when they run out of room they start storing outside. Watched enough of the hoarders series and they all say that. Many times they try hard to hide the fact and dont want it seen from the outside, so i cant imagine the state of the inside and just how far gone these people got to just not even care what others will think
Think they should feel guilty about it or they should let themselves be spoiled after baring with such hazard for over 2 years (as the local government barely done anything to help)
@@GbrJose but why? theyve had enough and have a right to be angry...and party lol. they just want them out the neighborhood, not dead. im glad the guys they interviewed were honest
@@GbrJose What karma? These people have worked their lives away to get a home where they can relax and enjoy life. Being forced to live beside someone whos house is pretty much a residential garbage dump is not a good way to live. Hoarders like these should be in a mental health facility getting treatment. They ruin everything they touch, just get rid of them one way or the other.
@@MsDudette21 hoarders usually have a mental reason for it and it's mostly a trauma response, even if it is a problem, the hoarder themselves probably have a reason
That's the worst case of hoarding I've ever seen really sad I hope they find the much needed help they need glad the neighbors stuck together for this action.
Have you never seen the reality tv show, _Hoarders?_ It makes me really ponder what the _inside_ of this house looks like. This is bad, but I believe I’ve seen worse on that show. I don’t think that show is staged either, like a lot of “reality” shows in TV, because I have seen some pretty bad hoarding houses in real life. Not many but a couple.
@@joe_isom tbh I've watched a lot of hoarders, unlike the mansion episode. This one would be one of the worst I'd say. The way the hoard is barely contained within the yard premises means the inside is already filled to the brim. Unfortunately we don't get an episode on this one to see lol
Watch the episode on hoarders where the woman keeps her and her dead moms poop and pee in containers and using the poop bucket that’s never been washed since her mom passed!! Now THATS the worse I’ve ever seen!!
Damn, and I thought my family were hoarders. Seeing stuff like this makes me wanna start throwing stuff away but I'm already kind of a minimalist. My rule is if I buy something new I gotta through one thing out. Otherwise you might slowly end up like these people.
Yes yes ! Always keep up at least once a day. One paper towel can lead to a kindom if things aren’t tidied each day. Hell cleaning off the counters every day can prevent future stress if you don’t
Yes they will, because hoarding is not an issue of being lazy or dirty it is a mental illness. Until they get help for the real cause of their underlying mental issues they will continue to hoard wherever they go.
@@draculastraphouse7863 you cannot be arrested for littering, only fined. i don’t think it’s considered littering if it’s your own property either but i’m not sure on that one
@@ADDrecords coming from childhood experience it’s the fact that the trash slowly rots the seams of the house away. Along with the odor being grossly melted into the floors, walls, ceiling. It’s just a nightmare
Honestly I feel almost as bad for the homeowners. Something has to be really wrong for them to get this out of control, and I hope they get help for their hoarding problem. This must be so humiliating.
Can't help if they dont want it. I lived this with my mother and couldn't do a damn thing until she was deemed incompetent at 70. 4 dumpsters and got 100k less then I should have. She's no longer speaking to me. 😐
@@DawnaT oh, I am so sorry, for real. You're right tho, you can't help someone who doesn't want it, and that applies for almost anything. I pray your relationship gets better, but just remember you did the right thing to keep her healthy and safe. This is exactly what I mean when I say it's sad. This is a symptom of a serious mental illness and it's heartbreaking. The attitude of some of the neighbors in this video was sad to see. I understand how they feel and why, I wouldn't be happy either, but I could never imagine treating or talking to or about anyone in this way. It's ugly, just as ugly as the hoarding, maybe worse. To me, it's like saying we don't want you around cuz you're sick. I know a lot of people don't understand hoarding either, but it's just not nice. People fight all kinds of battles we know nothing about. None of us knows what goes on behind these peoples closed doors, there might be something even more serious happening.
Hoo boy, the owner needs some mental help. Like, actual help for hoarding cases like this. The owner would probably just bring their stuff with them to the place their moving to, and then it would be the same problem all over again, just in a different location.
I can't help but wonder how long it must have taken to collect all that trash/garbage & why did it take so long for the system to get anything done, wouldn't that be considered a "Health Hazard" ? 🤔 ?
How does that even happen? Like what causes one to completely be okay living like this? When I see this much trash I get so much anxiety, I want to clean it all up.
this one is a mother and son. the mother is mentally fine the son is the hoarder. he keeps doing it,she was basically powerless. he would basically pile on the trash in weeks leaving in the same condition. I think he moved in with her from a different state. his mom beg him to stop and clean it out. feel bad for her. she have not been able to go out in years.
This is really sad, hoarding disorder is a terrible illness. l don’t think anyone really wants to live like that they just have so much trouble letting go of things.
Who in their right mind is going to buy such a house, how can they even come to tour it..."if you look over here, under all that garbage and junk, you MIGHT find the bathroom"
I feel for the neighbors. They seem really patient and nice, sad the other hoarder neighbor is not getting the right help or willing to be considerate of others.
The man in the black shirt was very respectful and articulate the man in the white shirt is just mean and unkind. I wouldn’t want to live there knowing I’d be celebrated for being the worst neighbor even if I had a clean lawn
Imagine yourself as their neighbor, rats and to roaches in your house because of a hoarding neighbor, and trying to sell your house when there’s a eye sore across the street.
Imagine if u understood hoarding to be a mental issue and found a way to meet them somewhere as a person vs publicly scrutinize them. I get it, it's nasty, being nasty won't make nasty go away.
Normally I'd be right w you but something tells me it's 💩 & I'd be too worried about creature's attacking me!! 😳 Probably been there for years& God only knows wtf living in/ under it ALL!! 😳
