They do, it's just that Hoyo has a bad record of GI devs not listening, so people tend to look at ZZZ with skepticism Meanwhile Kuro already established that they listen, as much as they can, to their playerbase since PGR... But if the ZZZ devs are different from GI devs then we can look forward in the future
