I was thinking about the same shecter you have our a american strat, but i prefer the shecter and mod with or a lambertone cremas pickups or those same pickups as yours!
@@pytheus if you wanna talk about the tremolo or original pups all you have to do is ask! Haha. No need to get upset. It’s just a video. The trem is good. The original pickups were dark. Let me know if you want any more insight. Just ask nicely.
Those Unbuckers sound really good. They might do the trick on a Les Paul that has so much low end. On my PRS I have Suhr Thornbuckers which are really versatile. The bridge is a little hotter and warmer and the neck is brighter and clearer. Great middle position. I had BKP Mules and they are awesome but sound super close to the Suhrs pickups which are way way cheaper in the US.
I have always wanted to try the Thornbuckers! I have heard great things. How does it sound split? I love the unbuckers and am tempted to throw them in the PRS as well.
I hear that. Tele shape can be really uncomfortable. I’m thinking of changing the pickups in the PRS soon. You like the Mules? I’ve never tried bare knuckle before but hear great things.
I’ve owned the mule set, mothers milk single coil, and most recently, the holy set. I’d rate them as far as which I liked better in that order, also. While the mule does sound very good, I’m now convinced you could get something equally as good for a lot less $$. All that is to say, I will no longer be buying BK pickups. Way too expensive for what you get or don’t get, and there are much less expensive and excellent choices out there.
