My 2021 ram classic sounds exactly like yours. When listening from the front tire walls from both sides, it’s got a loud tapping noises just like yours when you walked past the front wheels and when I open the hood it’s just the injectors’ noise. No lights on the dash and drives nice as hell. Been driving me bolts and nuts lately
Get some seafoam throw a whole can in the crank, throw another in the gas tank. Run it at least a quarter tank of gas down preferably almost to empty, change oil and filter. It should smooth out.

That sounds like the notoriously loud fuel injectors. If you wanna never have to deal with the tick, get a melling high volume oil pump and an oil catch can. Idling oil pressure is too weak to sufficiently keep the lifter rollers oiled. So do NOT idle a hemi extended terms
