Petrol pump sales man must take out the first transaction of 5litres from each nozzle in a 5 litre gauge to make sure the healthiness of all the nozzles. Also there is a time before which they had to take this transaction which in O&G sector is called as Testing. So when the FSM(Forecourt sales man) at the first petrol pump told you that he can do a 5 litre transaction it was for testing. The problem here is instead of taking that transaction out in a Gauge he put it in your vehicle. About City bank reedem point, I don't know why they weren't accepting. Whereas HP pumps have HP pay app, where you can pay using the app and get rewarded with points which can again be used for fueling at HP outlets. I hope you have been answered.

Most of the Indian Oil pumps are automated. Every nozzle has to test with 5 ltrs everyday, then only the machine will be ready to operate. There will be a testing can in every outlet.

Me ak BPCL ka dealer hu nozzle man ne jo kiya he o apne dealer ki sat beimani kiya he, usko o 5 lit stock tank me dalna tha lekin o bech diya or paisa sahed apne pas hi rakhega, lekin customer k sat koi beimani nehi kiya.

He didn't cheated u he cheated the owner... Its there in every petrol pump that whenever they open in the morning they have to do the testing of 5 ltr before 10 am... So u did not got cheated its the owner whom the attendant has cheated.

The said saleman has actually cheated his boss.. the 5 ltr testing has to be done in every 24 hour from the dispenser. So the said 5 lts should have been taken out in 5 ltr metal testing container after that they have to decant this 5ltr iin an underground storage tank.. But instead of this he sold it to customer.

He said true brother , before 10am atleast once has to dispense 5Ltr , but max petrol pumps check 5Ltr with their bucket. After 5Ltr. Once ,no need more 5Ltr. It's because of automation online system .

if you have dought on any petrol pump or on any machine, employe ko boko ki wo uss machine ko 5lt measuring jar se check krwaye and rules ke hisab se koi bhi customer ko manna nai kr sakta he had to show agar wo manah krta hai to samjlo kahi kuch garhbarh hai this is a simple way to check the transparency of any machine and same u can call the areas sales officer his number will be writen on walls of the station

It's not cheating , but all fuel station should remove testing of 5L and it is compulsory to do every 24 hrs and need to put back that 5L to tank. But instead he fueled to ur bike. It's not fraud. He should have put back to the tank which he didn't do.

Guys the petrol pump man didn't cheat the customer but he tried to cheat the owner of bunk. Fact is there will be testing of machines at morning and again at afternoon exact 2pm.And for the petrol taken through testing needs a bill which will be submitted to their manager or cashier. Hence he will take the same 5 litre bill and say it's the testing bill. And he will remove the exact amount in bill as cash so that it would be tallied at the end.
