I've always laughed at people comparing junk food to drugs, but I'm starting to believe junk food actually fucks with your brain: look at nikocado, kali, every food youtuber who is into junk food, they literally go batshit crazy over time. I wouldn't be surprised if studies in the future found a connection between junk food and mental illness.
